I haven't watched conspiracy theory videos on YouTube in a long time but McD and Beane sure have all the qualifications for a good conspiracy video...

Ducasse is so bad I'd rather have 10 men on the field. I actually think we'll do better if we gave Eric Wood and Dawkins more responsibility rather than have them depend on Vladdy to do his job...

If I was a player on the team, i would respect them more if they said, Hey guys listen up. We're all new here and i respect you all as NFL players and the more we get to know you guys, will respect you as men. But just know that we didn't bring you on this team and we're looking for specific players that We like. If players get cut or traded, it's not because of your talent, but more so a business decision that we feel will work better for us... Or something like that. But dont say, play good and earn a spot then get rid of a dude that played good.

I wasn't a fan of J. Will last year because Gillislee was my guy after Shady but he showed promise this year... Pretty upsetting honestly... But through all the madness and i joked about it a few pages back but, i actually like Banyard... I also like Taiwan Jones... Not saying J. Will wasn't a loss, but I think we'll be ok when Shady steps off the field to catch a breather... I just wish we would of got something for J. Will instead of flat out releasing him. I think he showcased enough talent to muster a player for player trade...

That's the phrase i would use also... "wouldn't be shocked". So many moves have happened in such a little time and we haven't even played a meaningful game in the season yet. What if McD and McB develop a man crush on TT? What if TT gets injured and Peterman plays well enough for the new regime to think getting a QB in round 3 or later would work better? So many what ifs... But almost everyone around here would bet their house that we're getting a QB in the 1st round. I'm just trying to tell them to prepare for an upset. Not saying an upset WILL happen. Just saying, prepare...

I can't wait to see the reactions on this board next draft when we take a CB and a WR with our 1st two draft picks.

Highly doubt an unproven player from college who hasn't took a snap in the NFL would care about taking a year off from the draft because of the teams that will be picking top 5. Not saying it can't happen. Just highly unlikely that a kid who has been training and playing for the day to make it in the NFL would have the mindset of let's say, an elite NFL player who hits the market in free agency.

My guess would be Banyard is the #3 RB while J. Will is #2 Taiwan Jones brings special teams capability which is the only thing that might put him at an advantage over Banyard and he also looks like he got some speed on him... i just like that he's a running back and wears #7 on his jersey. Pretty unorthodox...

I can see Peterman learned from the Raven game batted balls. I saw him tip toe on the throw to Banyard to get a better view... I like that.

Doesn't really matter... its week 4 in preseason and there's no position battles Im interested in watching... It will be 2nd and 3rd strings out there... mostly 3rds...

I live in NYC born and raised. The Jets definitely don't play in the 5 boroughs. Never could comprehend that. Yet they're called, a NY team... Only 1 REAL NY team as far as I'm concerned.

I tried to stay positive as long as I could. Until a week or 2 ago, i still had some excitement for the regular season. There still IS a form of excitement because i love the team and the sport and just to start the season is a fresh feeling. But performance wise, I'm VERY excited about our defense, but I have a strong feeling that our defense will only be able to play elite for a quarter or two cuz I dont expect our offense to sustain time consuming drives. Only a matter of time after that, that the defense won't have the energy to keep the game alive. On a side note, we really won't know anything til Cordy Glenn, Jordan Mathews and TT step on the field together so I guess the little bit of excitement I have may stem from that...
