Marshawn Lynch suspended for Bills game; appeal denied

TBD needs electronic hugs these days. I mean damn... Reading some of the comments here reminds me of the old dial up connecting to AOL and just reading a bunch of trash talking. It's gameday folks. Chill out. -
Marshawn Lynch suspended for Bills game; appeal denied
HuSeYiN_NYC replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like Marshawns' personality. He a funny guy but that's just me. Would I be upset if we don't go against him? Of course not. I personally liked Fred Jackson's running game better than Marshawns when they were on the field together anyway. I loved the whole Beast Mode thing and I loved the national media attention the Bills got because of Lynch (the positive attention I'm talking about oh and not "testing positive"). It sucked that he was beast mode in his time with is but then became a MONSTER with Seattle but hey, that wasn't his fault. It was our coaches. Marshawn is just a small example of how coaching plays such an important role in an NFL team. We have many examples on our team currently like Hyde, Porter, Alexander etc. who BECAUSE of our coaches have played the way they have. Not to switch subjects but since I dont post much I feel the need to add it here, but, that's one thing that has me excited to see how different the schemes on offense will look this week against Tampa. Sounds like the coaches who coach the offensive side of the ball have put their egos to the side and are willing to try different things. But yeah, I'm ok with not seeing Marshawn go against us. -
I just watched the video interview on the Bills app... he said he cried after the game cuz he felt that he's the reason we lost... I love Tre more n more everyday. This kid is a keeper. He's a corner we CANNOT get rid of. When contract season comes in a few years, Bills gotta give this kid what he wants n deserves and not let him go to another team like we've done with all our other corners in the past and recent past (minus Gilmore)... He even went as far as to say he will have a big game on Sunday so I'm excited to see what he will do against Mike Evans even more now.

Anybody else concerned about the Tampa game?

As long as you didn't have a brief convo with John Murphy, I'm not worried. -

Never said that it should or would happen. Just saying it COULD happen. To those saying Dennison "can't" be fired with a winning record, i say it "can"... Do I personally want him gone? Ummmmm I wouldn't mind it. But also would like to see the offense improve WITH him. So i guess im 50/50 on that. The one I look to the most is McDermott. I like the guy and want him to stay here for a while. So whatever it takes to win and keep him here longer, I'm for. So if he doesn't get rid of Dennison (which anybody who graduated elementary school knows he wont), then I want Dennison to fix the offensive issues. It's simple really. I'm a fan of the logo. So as long as Dennison wears the logo on gamedays, i wish him success. -
What do the Bills do to fix this offense?

To the people saying that Dennison can't or won't be fired is wrong plain and simple. It will take a strike from the fans attending the games to do it but it CAN happen. If Bills fans stood outside during the game and left the seats empty with signs saying Fire Dennison, i guarantee he will be fired. But it's just not a realistic scenario because Bills fans WILL attend the stadium games cuz thats what Bills fans do. I'm just saying Dennison CAN be fired and the fans have a key voice in it. -

Free Shady. He's imprisoned in this offense. Sad to say that a running back is the best player we have on offense but we're used to that by now. Fix the run game and then mediocre to below average TT will start to look like a decent QB. Also I agree that Banyard deserves a shot to show what he can do. Banyard can find the holes in the middle while shady always looks to run outside. Tolbert just do what you were born to do and just block or, sign up for Dancing With The Stars. Im ok with Oleary at TE. PS WR should be brought up to 53 man roster (at least by now it should of been done already) Eric Wood and Incognito need to call an Oline meeting and light some fire under these dudes asses If the defense keeps playing the way it's been, we really only need good Oline play n we will come out with a W in most games. On a side note, i really want to know what Ducasse has over these coaches. Is he holding one of their kids for ransom? How does he get playing time being as bad as he is? -
Donald Jones on bringing in new receivers....
HuSeYiN_NYC replied to Webster Guy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The team will make adjustments hopefully during the bye week and me as a fan will also adjust. My adjustment that i will be working on is just sit down on Sundays and watch the game hoping to win. Expectations wise unfortunately i still expect the defense to permorm stellar which will still sting if they don't. As far as offense, i only expected better performances from them because of Shady but the Oline ruined that for us this season. If the offense does well, it will come as a shock to me now which will lead to better emotions as a fan during gameday. I will try this approach. -
The take on TT is that he waits for the receiver to be WIDE open. Did you see Dalton throw to Green on the sidelines where the ball hit Green on the back shoulder? He was covered tight but if Green looked back for the ball a half second sooner, he would of caught it in very good coverage. THAT'S trusting your receiver. Not waiting for him to have a 5 yard separation. In the NFL, if the receiver is ahead of the defender (even by just a step), that's considered open n the QB should find a way to get the ball in front of that receiver. But unfortunately, TT either throws too high, throws behind, throws too low or just plain old doesn't see the receiver cuz the Oline collapsed. Every now and then he makes an amazing throw. But it's rare.

SAL M: Bills WRs have no business being starters.
HuSeYiN_NYC replied to JM2009's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Having Walt Powell would of been nice... Then again, the offensive line played average to below average and TT made horrible decisions so I guess it wouldn't of mattered who we had out there. The offense as a whole didn't play well. Still, no excuses can be made. More than 80% of our starters on defense were late draft picks and/or were released/traded by teams that didn't want them as much as we did and look at THEIR results. They're ballin. Something is wrong on offense that us as fans appear to see clearly, but will a change be made? The change I personally would like to see (change OC and Oline coach) will not happen so the next best tging I can hope for is the OC to come up with a gameplan that fits his players instead of his own gameplan he wants to implicate. Our Oline coach needs to stop with the Vlad love and I pray at some point we will have Dawkins and Glenn on the field at the same time instead of what seems to be like, a battle for the starting LT position smh... -
10-9: Sean McDermott Presser at 1 PM ET
HuSeYiN_NYC replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Don't count O'Leary out like that. The guy is a tough SOB and may not be Clay caliber of a TE, but is a VERY decent #2. Wide receivers I agree with you. A reporter asked McDermott, why would you pay Andre Holmes the most amongst the recievers, yet, he got the 4th most snaps amongst them? McD's answer didn't sit well with me. I'm liking McDermott more and more when i see him on the sidelines during gameday, but the answers he gives to reporters that I personally want a straightforward answer to, he just responds with the typical NFL robotic automated response in press conferences and it irks me. -

Yes coach, from the information you've evaluated and gathered, would you say that your offense will be the death of this season? -

HuSeYiN_NYC replied to bobobonators's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
McDermott just doesn't seem to be the kind of guy that will hire and then fire his own staff. I'm just going off of pure opinion on analyzing the little bit I've seen of him in press conferences. It really sucks. I agree Dennison is not fit for the offensive players on this team. But what really gets me going is that he sticks with HIS gameplan instead of adjusting to the players. He has a bit of Rex in him in that regard. Oh and in his press conferences, he looks like he just downed a liter of Jack Daniels. -

Same automated response in the presser from TT, different day... He's a robot. So according to all the coaches we had coach him, TT is always the 1st in the building and last to leave and studies film like the best of em. Still hasn't looked any better.
