  1. Love it - mine too, I would widen it to (my dreams capitalized) 30: GRANT or Williams 45-56: REVEL, Morrison or Porter (even if we have to do a slight trade up) 57-62: ROYAL or Williams (again even if we have to to a slight trade up) DL Later: 2nd DL: West, Phillips, Farmer, WALKER, Norman Lott - I'm really intrigued by Walker as he looked like a sure fire 1st rounder after his 2023 season then played 2024 with a broken back. DB: Later: Porter, Nohl Williams, Bryant, RANSAW, Frazier Bean has 10 picks and won't be using them all.
  2. As for WR, Rather get a 4.4 receiver early or late and give our offense something it doesn't have. Royal, Tai Felton, Bond (if his story checks out), and I'm really intrigued by Thornton (6'5" 4.4 guys don't come around often).
  3. The great thing about this draft is its depth is our greatest need: TD. It also has some attractive db's in the middle rounds, if we hold off in the first 2 rounds
  4. Solid if you can grab a 1T in round 4
  5. 21.Derrick Harmon DT Oregon - traded up for him using 30, 62 and 169 - My favorite DL in the draft 44.Maxwell Hairston CB Kentucky - traded up for him using 56, 132 and 171 - most athletic CB in draft 109.Joshua Farmer DT Florida State - great double down with Harmon - Bills have talked with him a lot 170.Caleb Ransaw CB Tulane - Can play any position in the 2ndary and also LB 173.Isaiah Bond WR Texas - Huge risk/reward - 2nd round talent 206.Shaun Dolac LB Buffalo - well, couldn't help myself Priority UDFA: LB, TE, P, RB., Oline, DE
  6. My final Mock, with two trades: With Beane apparently only having 12 first round grades this year, a trade down is highly possible. QB needy teams like NYG, NO and CLE are the targets. In my draft, Beane get's a deal done with his old friend Schoen, sending picks #30 and #170 (total draft pick value of 643) to NYG for #34 and #99 (total draft pick value of 664). 34 Shavon Revel Jr. CB | East Carolina - Revel's knee checked out and Beane drafted our defensive version of Josh Allen (He had 1 division 1 offer after JUCO and stayed at ECU instead of cashing in on the portal). Loyalty and ridiculous athleticism, he'd be a top 20 pick without the ACL. I liked Amos (but he was drafted in the 20s) and Morrison was still there, but he has his own injury concerns and Revel has more athleticism and upside. With Tre White as our current #2 CB, this may be our biggest need. Tre white played 19 defensive plays with Baltimore last year....Think about that for a second. Dane Jackson and Ja'Marcus Ingram aren't the answers either. 47 Landon Jackson EDGE | Arkansas - Jackson is huge, an elite athlete, has a non-stop motor and has met with Buffalo on numerous times. Beane paid a steep price here to move up 9 spots: #56, #109 and #173 for #47 (total draft pick value traded of 438, value received of 430), but there isn't room for 10 draft picks on our roster and Beane covets this guy. 62 Alfred Collins DT | Texas - Huge with long arms. Maybe limited pass rush ceiling, but could be the best run stuffing 1T in the draft. He's what DaQuan Jones was 5 years ago and may make him a salary cap casualty. Cutting Jones would save $1.8 million, with a cap hit of $9.4 million in 2025 but a dead cap hit of $7.6 million if cut. 99 Deone Walker DL | Kentucky - Doubled up at 1T here. Walker was a sure fire top 15 pick after his dominant 2023 season but then fell way off in 2024. Turned out he played the season with a major back injury. The fact he played through a broken back says all I need to know - I'm buying the upside and his current health. A Dline of Collins, Walker, Oliver, Bosa, Jackson, Rouseau, Epenesa, Jones, Carter, Ogunjobi, Hoecht and Solomon is downright scary. McDermott usually keeps 10, so, with the suspensions of Ogunjobi and Hoecht, there is room to keep everyone. 132 Dont'e Thornton WR |Tennessee - 6'4" who runs a sub 4.4 is unheard of. College production isn't there but that's why he's available at #132. Let him run go routes for Josh all day long and open up underneath for the rest of the recievers. Josh had a player like him ever. Think a supersized John Brown or a Gabe Davis with speed. 169 Caleb Ransaw S | Tulane - Plays all 2ndary positions and LB. Super athlete who starts as a ST demon and slots in as a backup safety. Alternatively, Zah Frazier CB UTSA could be the choice if Beane wanted to double up with a pure CB freak (6'2" with speed) 173 Oronde Gadsden II TE | Syracuse - Speed kills and he's a 4.4 TE. If Bean wants more of a traditional TE to replace Morris, he could look at Jake Briningstool Clemson or Mitchell Evans Notre Dame here. There are varying views on Gadsen, some mocks have him gone earlier, but this mock has him still available. 206 Shaun Dolac LB | Buffalo - If he was invited to the combine, he'd go earlier. Elite ahtlete who shined on tape at UB's pro day (how many teams had scouts there though). A bit small but like Ransaw above, he'll start as a ST demon. Please - no more Baylon's Spectors on the Bills. In summary, 8 picks made, 4 probable starters, and 2 speedsters for josh. No QB's, RB's, Oline drafted as there's no need for those positions.
  7. My final Mock draft (detailed in Turbo's Mock draft Thread. Includes a trade down with NYG to 34 and a traded up with ARI to 47 34 Shavon Revel Jr. CB | East Carolina 47 Tyleik Williams DL | Ohio State 62 Jack Sawyer EDGE | Ohio State 99 Jamaree Caldwell DL | Oregon 132 Tory Horton WR | Colorado State 169 Caleb Ransaw S | Tulane 173 Oronde Gadsden II TE | Syracuse 206 Shaun Dolac LB | Buffalo
  8. Would take more than 30 and 56 to move up to 15. JJ chart has 15 worth 1050, 30 worth 620 and 56 worth 340. Other value charts are more severe. Prob would cost 30, 56 and 109 (maybe more) and that's a price too steep. Don't like a safety at 109 - they seem to like Bishop and signed Forest from PHI. Get me a speedster at WR at 109 (Horton or Thornton maybe). We won't a pick on a QB this year, maybe next year.
  9. When the pressure was on, Josh was better than Rahm which is crazy
  10. Nope - Dane and Tre would start over him. The CB we take at #30 or #56 will hopefully be ready to start
  11. Like it but not likely Golden makes it to 30, Porter at 109 would be a steal, he's more likely to go in the high 50s low 60s, Zah at 170 would be great, not sure why Collins is listed as Edge instead of DT
  12. They used all of Rahm's drives though, you can't discount that.
  13. Solid as Pearce has been falling due to off the field questions (meaning BUF prob avoids him). Love all the other picks other than Royals.
  14. Pass as you need more than one player and A starting lineup with Tre or Dane at CB2 aint good
  15. cuz that beautiful beach is there the other 362 days of the year
  16. Deon was dominant in 2023 and played with a broken back in 2024. Don't confuse lazy with very hurt
  17. Morrison too if his hips are okay. I like Porter a ton too
  18. If healed, he would fit in well, he has the equivalent CB story to Josh's QB - unknown that one team gave the chance to
  19. Agreed - at least 2, maybe 3 as jones is our only big body and he dropped off the face of the earth last year
  20. Don't really like it. No way in the world the Bills get the 94th pick (2nd pick in round 4 I believe) and a 26 2nd from CLE to move back 3 spot, No way the Bills give up picks 62, 94 and 169 to move up 9 spots in the 2nd. Simply stay where hey are and draft Swinson at 56 and Royals at 62 (both should be there at those picks). Why are we drafting 2 Olinemen and only one CB? I agree 100%, CB is our glaring need and I think there will be plenty of really Good dt's at 56 and 62. I wouldn't hate us going CB, DT, WR and DT (with the aquired 3rd rounder) as Edge isn't a high priority THIS YEAR. Next year could be a different story.
  21. On a Jet Blue Flight to Florida. Fortunately Jet Blue has Directv, when it works. If it doesn't work, I'm rioting.
  22. Love all of these but, my gut tells me: 34 Nolen will be gone as will Grant (and they'll also be gone before 30), so we'll have to choose between Tyleik williams and amy remaining CB's: Morrison, Revel, etc 56 I think Landon gets overdrafted - if we want him it would have to be at 34 and I don't want him at 34 62 Porter - love porter but 50/50 he's there at 62. If we go DL at 34, I have no problem taking him at 56. 62 - we should have a really goo wr here (Royal)- You're choice of Watts is really solid, my only issues is he's not starting in 2025 My gut is with his size/speed combo Thornton goes higher than 132 - love him as a high risk/reward player
  23. From my experience, the real draft never is close to the mock drafts - some players go a lot earlier; some a lot later. But, I think Unless someone falls that they covet if we can get a 3rd rounder by moving back from 30, I think we do it in a second. It would Allow us to fill all 4 major needs (DL, Edge, CB, WR) in the 2nd and 3rd round in a draft that looks great in the 1nd and 3rd round (and not so great in round 1). In the end, from someone who was crushed that we took the wrong Josh in 2018, I'll never question Beane all that much.
  24. Yep - NYGs are probably our best trade down partner due to the relationship between Schoen and Beane and the NYG's desperation at QB. Here's the latest mock I just did which actually offered me the NYG Trade: 30 and 109 for 34 and 65 - NYG drafted Dart at 30. 34. Walter Nolen DT Ole Miss - I took him over Grant which I'm not sure I would do, but, I think (a) his pass rush upside is too high to pass up, (b) he's only 21 and (c) I'm confident I'll be able to couple him with a 1T run stuffer later. I could easily be talked into Grant though. 56. Shavon Revel CB East Carolina - Injury concerns probably caused him to slide as he's a 1st round talent and maybe the 3rd best CB in the draft. We get him late in the 2nd. I like his loyalty as ECU is the only DIV 1 school to offer him a scholarship, so he stayed there instead of cashing in and transferring. With his ACL ?, I intend to draft another CB rather early. 62. Kyle Williams WR Washington State - Our new deep threat - possibly the quickest WR in the draft out of breaks and has 4.4 speed. Insane production in 2024: 70 catches for 1,198 yards and 14 touchdowns. At 5'11", 190 pounds he's got some thickness too him - Basically Diggs' size with a lot more speed. 65. Bradyn Swinson EDGE LSU - Plenty of quality Edges were available here (some rated higher in the mock), but I like this guys run support, bend and all around game soI took him. Undeniable motor and huge arms (33") - something Beane loves. 132. Jamaree Caldwell DT Oregon - here's the 332 pound fatty to supplement Oliver and Nolen. He's a poor man's Grant, with more consistency (higher floor) but certainly a lower ceiling. He possibly could take over from Jones in running downs, who we may see cut if he doesn't bounce back from a bad 2024. 169. Zah Frazier CB UTSA - If revel isn't 100% at the start of the season, here's the alternative. Only missed two tackles in 2024 and is a willing/active run defender - two qualities McDermott looks for in a CB. He had 6 INT's in 2024, is huge at 6'2" but could use some muscle (186 pounds). 5th fastest CB at combine with a 4.36 40. I would be willing to take this guy a lot higher than 169, even at #65 if we don't think edge is a priority. 170. Caleb Ransaw CB Tulane - Very good size, played every position from Safety to corner to slot to LB - insane athlete whom I'm willing to take earlier. I'm grooming him for safety. 173. Jack Kiser LB Notre Dame - Solid tackler, above average athlete, good size. Best LB available at this point. 177. Mitchell Evans TE Notre Dame - Solid overall TE, replacement for Morris and will compete with Davidson for final TE spot. 206. Alex Mastromanno P Florida State - averaged 50 yards per kick and 45 net - Australian guy and will probably win our punting job
