There's this thing called the NFL Draft. Heard of it? It's pretty popular here and it's where you get to pick and sign young NFL prospects fresh out of college. It's a pretty neat thing. Plus he's not even that good. Tired of signing these BS free agents that never amount to anything. Time to build this team through the draft. There's a lot of talent this year on defense. We can get someone better than Kruger there and for cheaper. We had a great draft last year. Time to build on it.

Only way to fix this problem is to get rid of helmets and force you to play the right way.

Compared to what we had, yes but thats still a VERY talented defense. Connor Barwin, Fletcher Cox, Demeco Ryan, Kiko Alonso, are some key pieces there.

Whether Tyrod is the guy, this team's still going 8-8, 9-7ish anyways. So regardless Rex is gone IMO. Tyrod can throw for 3500 yds, 25 TD, 10 INT and rush for 600 yds, and 7 TDs and this team will still miss the playoffs. It don't matter.
