Allen will NOT need surgery on elbow

If he needed elbow surgery it would be to improve his golf game -
Cover 1 promoting an undersized 3T for draft
Thrivefourfive replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
Right. This is the type of guy the Bills CANT justify taking. They just have to move on from the body type / body transformation guys they think they can pull off. It’s over Johnny. Just draft guys to to what they do best. Forget that nonsense for a year or two and see how that goes. Please. -
Listen, McDermott was glowing after the Rams game with how dominant our OLine and DLine played. He (and Beane) obviously thought they had it figured out, and that made their chests puff out. So they know. They know how important the trenches are. It is going to be their highest priorities this off season. There’s no doubt about it. The stinky part is they’ve failed so far. And they know that too. So I’m going to go back and vote. I think they are plenty aware and are not of the mindset of wasting this opportunity with Josh Allen as QB. They’ll either figure it out, or die trying. I vote for headed to a championship.

Daboll/Hodgins - Does their success bother you?
Thrivefourfive replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Would love to see how Daboll would use Shakir. Seems more talented than Hodgins -
How do the Bills win the Super Bowl next year?
Thrivefourfive replied to QB Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mahomes is the most talented quarterback. No idea is Allen can even get to a Super Bowl, until he does. -
The Bills won’t pay him any higher than what they would pay Singletary. Obviously Cook is better. Just pointing out that I don’t think the Bills are paying Cook1 a reduced deal either.
-
HE’S TOOOO LITTLE = injured He’s better inside runner than Cook2, but we definitely don’t need another undersized back. It’s getting silly back there. Draft Robinson to get him on that coveted rookie deal. Figure out the OLine. No high priced RB please

Antonio Brown Claims He Got CTE From James Harrison

Especially since I started him and lost my FF championship by 3 points. He can go straight to hell as far as I’m concerned. -
Why is he about to copy identically Phillip Rivers throwing style

They say it’s more difficult to defend. Wonder what Josh thinks.

Gregory Rousseau is becoming elite
Thrivefourfive replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
I want him to intercept passes and bat down balls. Don’t be crazy upfield working your way back down the pocket to a quality QB who’s already let the ball go. -
Nice topic 😉 Favorite season was 2020. The NFL pulled it off and no fans wasn’t that big a deal watching on TV. I love how Allen played. He took the easy stuff and still made spectacular plays with his arm and legs. I saw that his throwing motion was more compact than it was before (or since), and he just looked sharp and fully in control. This is when I knew the window had to include Daboll. I always loved Poyer & Hyde. Such a force and they made so many great plays. The season didn’t end with anything surprising, KC was a head in front. And the hype for the following season was strong. But, my favorite moment, or game, was the Patriots playoff game in 2021 season. A perfect game. Wish that game could last forever.

Wondering how much patience JA will have in all this. When those two connect, like in KC and vs Pittsburgh, they look like world beaters that can’t miss. So much confidence and assertiveness in how Allen throws to Davis, and how Davis brings it in and runs. But Allen isn’t going to throw to him if it’s like it was this year. Things will get worse for Davis, but stay the same.

One thing there’s no blueprint for is Winning It. So not only are fans disappointed that this year’s team didn’t bring home glory for past failures, it’s one more year of the unknown path to a championship. When/if it ever happens, it will be more than just the SB game ecstasy. It will be the blueprint of how it was accomplished over the course of many many months/years. And more for us to compare to going forward! Ha

I remember seeing this post game, and I was embarrassed. JA was sulking because he missed the winning TD pass to McKenzie(?)

I’m so sick of this guy -
I don’t get the point of the topic. Comparing the 90s Bills is something I’d expect ALL Bills fans to do. My comparison isn’t so much with what’s on the field or how the teams were built — it’s impossible to compare these things in their entirety. But comparing Allen and Kelly, go for for it. Of course that makes sense to do. I look for the progression of how each era got to where they got. It was just too easy to compare the 1988 Bills to the 2020 Bills. Both teams surprised with their regular season win-loss record, made it to the AFCCG, and got dominated by a much better team. Then the next year, for both eras, they under achieved. The 1989 Bills could’ve been a team of destiny sans Ronnie Harmon. All the talent was there. Same with the 2021 Bills and 13 seconds. But 2022 is obviously where things don’t compare. The 1990 squad is the greatest in team history (but I’d love to hear if anyone thinks the 64-65 teams were better), and 2022 will always be a disappointment for not living up to the Super Bowl Champion pre-season expectations. The 1990 Bills had those expectations for seven days prior to SBXXV. But this team had to carry that load all year long, until the cracks were evident and those paying attention knew it wasn’t going to happen — nobody serious thought they’d beat the Bengals the way things were going for them. Hating on the Old Bills vs New Bills. I hate that!

During the Lamar Hunt Trophy open mic to the fans, Reid made the comment that nobody do anything “silly” before this Super Bowl. I thought it was an incredibly odd thing to say.
