I remember seeing this post game, and I was embarrassed. JA was sulking because he missed the winning TD pass to McKenzie(?)

I’m so sick of this guy -
I don’t get the point of the topic. Comparing the 90s Bills is something I’d expect ALL Bills fans to do. My comparison isn’t so much with what’s on the field or how the teams were built — it’s impossible to compare these things in their entirety. But comparing Allen and Kelly, go for for it. Of course that makes sense to do. I look for the progression of how each era got to where they got. It was just too easy to compare the 1988 Bills to the 2020 Bills. Both teams surprised with their regular season win-loss record, made it to the AFCCG, and got dominated by a much better team. Then the next year, for both eras, they under achieved. The 1989 Bills could’ve been a team of destiny sans Ronnie Harmon. All the talent was there. Same with the 2021 Bills and 13 seconds. But 2022 is obviously where things don’t compare. The 1990 squad is the greatest in team history (but I’d love to hear if anyone thinks the 64-65 teams were better), and 2022 will always be a disappointment for not living up to the Super Bowl Champion pre-season expectations. The 1990 Bills had those expectations for seven days prior to SBXXV. But this team had to carry that load all year long, until the cracks were evident and those paying attention knew it wasn’t going to happen — nobody serious thought they’d beat the Bengals the way things were going for them. Hating on the Old Bills vs New Bills. I hate that!

During the Lamar Hunt Trophy open mic to the fans, Reid made the comment that nobody do anything “silly” before this Super Bowl. I thought it was an incredibly odd thing to say.

Josh Allen had a UCL injury and should not be playing golf. There, playing doctor now.

Golf/tennis elbow is a thing. From golfing and playing tennis. He definitely doesn’t hit it terribly. He’s actually pretty good considering. Sounds like you haven’t experienced the injury, and that’s great. But it is a thing, for good golfers. I’m righty and needed to have chipped bone spurs removed from my left elbow because of too many range mat sessions. I’ve also had golfers elbow (happens in the right arm for us righties). Been a plus handicap, so it does happen. But again, glad to hear from this board that Safford is the reason Josh has no pain in his right elbow and can have what is shaping up to be a full off season of golf, coming off what was a mid season throwing elbow injury. More power to JA17. Enjoy the links. (Pebble can hurt a man. Physically. Trust me.)

So his elbow is 100% healed. Okay, great. I didn’t know. He played through the injury, and threw hundreds of footballs every single week since being injured. But if there was the slightest bit of elbow pain in his golf swing, he shouldn’t be playing at all. That’s for sure. The Bills are his priority. But I guess only he knows, or would care to admit or deny. Tennis elbow, golf elbow.. it’s all tendon strain.. so not sure how that relates to the UCL.

What’s the update on the most important body part in WNY? Need our doctors and physical therapists people to help me understand what Allen had/has(?) and how or if it plays into a golf swing.. please. It’s a legitimate question here. I don’t know if any of you are golfers, but a damaged right elbow can be no-go. I don’t mind the man doing what he likes doing, but sore tendons/ligaments will 100% get worse with golf swings if in fact his injury is felt during swings. Rest of the only real complete recover for the long term.
