The thing with Josh was his ceiling was through the roof. everything you can want in a Qb. Even with all his flaws year one I got excited to see what he could become. And coming from Wyoming as opposed to Alabama or other big schools. I would expect many if not all of qbs to be ahead of Josh year one. Now when I look at Tuas ceiling, I haven’t seen much yet that excites me. In a way I feel the same about him as I have Darnold. They only rookies who I would be excited to see how high they can go currently is Herbert and Burrow. hopefully Burrow can come back from his injury and with some better coaching Herbert may be a pain to deal with. I have always loved the Josh is inaccurate comments because then a game comes along and I love to reference a little Happy Gilmore oh oh Josh learned how to throwww

I was thinking about this last night. They all seem to be dialed in and I wonder if we threw a lot money at him, bump up his title to say assistant head coach (revoke Frasier) would he stay? Can he be a successful head coach without this cast? I don’t know I can envision a situation where if presented with the opportunity to be a head coach he takes it , fails and in three years is back here as our coordinator again .. No doubt though this offense is fun and I hope we can keep it altogether!
