I was happy the episode spent a lot of time on Jon's "visit." I immediately pictured Mance telling Stannis "I will not bend a knee" when Jon refused to do so for Dany. The free folk left an impression.

i expect it will be Jon or brann, and I'm sure he will give his life doing so.

With Theon jumping ship, it makes me wonder what his purpose will be? Given what he's been through, i would think he gains redemption somehow...?

Actually, I thought the scene with the Lannister soldiers was a humanizing moment for Arya. It started with her sizing up the situation if she had to fight, and ended with her realizing these were just regular people, drawn into someone else's war, who would rather be home helping a father or seeing the birth of a child. I did my part to end the playoffs jinx. At the first home game of the 1999 season, the last year they made the playoffs, they handed out a commemorative coin. I have been using that coin as my golf ball marker ever since, and the Bills have not returned to the playoffs since then. On Tuesday, at the end of my league round, I ceremoniously tossed he coin into the 18th hole pond at Arrowhead GC. The Bills will now beat the odds and make the playoffs this year...
