It is a fallacy to say that because Beane was courageous/shrewd enough to trade up for Josh Allen (who had question marks coming out of college) and trading with the Vikings for a then disgruntled elite WR in Diggs that it also means that Beane knows how to build an OL for a Super Bowl contender. He does not. History is clear no matter what colour of glasses you view it through.

No doubt we need a much bigger back than Singletary at the GL however many many times elsewhere on the field he was met in the backfield or ran into his own OL since there was no hole. He is by no means a very good RB however our OL is well below average and I do not expect anything different this year. OL is imply not a priority to Beane.
