While I was one of those calling for GW's head last year, one year later I realize the firing the HC doesn't accomplish much. Look how long it took for the O-Line to jell this year. GW should have been replaced after the 8-8 year....

When you consider that the Jags and Jets did most of that damage on their last drive when the D seemed to let up, that is especially impressive. They could easily have held every team except the Pats to less than 100 yards... Edit: I really ought to read to the end of the thread...

Seems to me Freeney was shut down when Syracuse played Miami back when they both were seniors. Freeney has improved a great deal and might just have wanted another crack at McKinnie. It's a shame these two aren't in the same division... I can definately see an arguement that we should have drafted Freeney, but not McKinnie...

Romney is not. He sidestepped that question in the gubenatorial debate two years ago. What I believe he said was that while he thinks abortion is wrong, he would not impose his beliefs on a state that overwhelming approves it. (His opponent hung herself on that same question.) Romney has been very careful about his social values. He is really a Utah Morman. You might have noticed Utah went Bush by at 71%...

I wasn't in the military, but I work on multifunction communications. It would be nice to launch a UCAV from either a 688 or Virginia, which would require a beam on the UCAV and sattelite at the same time. Given the limited space on a a sub, a multi-beam phased array...
