I agree with a lot of what you said. Going back to the press conference and McD hiring and organizational structure, I seem to recall hearing that teams do it both ways. Some have the coach report to the owners, like the Bills. The coach oversees things and the GM is in an advisory role.
Agreed. Make your best offer and move on. I can't believe some on here want to up the ante. That my friends is bad business and how you end up over paying for players.
So lets see Lacon... !@#$head says changes coming, You know what that usually means with him, the opposite will happen. Extensions all around for everybody!

I would add that a TE instead of a WR in the first 3 rounds could also be an option. And, LB could be an option.
Trading back in round 1 to get another pick in the top 100 players may be the best strategy with as many needs.
Whoops there goes a compensatory pick. http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2017/3/20/14966572/buffalo-bills-compensatory-picks-2018-stephon-gilmore-robert-woods
Great timing by Trapasso.
I think this makes the draft strategy have more options now. We could instead of going WR at 10, go Safety, LB,CB or OJ Howard at 10. And then still take a receiver like Zay Jones in Round 2. Or, trade down from 10 and add picks.
Wow! Great post I think I could have written it myself. I have a new friend.
Having said that, get ready for the onslaught.
We all know compensatory picks seal the deal to success!
I like Davis, Howard, Williams in that order. Davis has the whole package including the YAC and Red zone abilities ( 2 things the bugged me about Woods). Howard presents matchup difficulties and is a tremendous potential. Williams would be a boon in the red zone especially.
