  1. That play seemed odd, first I've never seen Stevie do that before. It almost looked as if he was trying to pop the ball up in the air like a volleyball set. I think his leash is shorter than anyone realizes. Hackett looked none to pleased with his effort on that play. Then his post game presser sealed it for me when he said it was early in the game & really didn't matter. SMH!
  2. I'd knee brace him up & have him put on the riot forearm body armor & go to battle. Gronk is going to look an awful lot like Darth Vader in a few years. The price you pay selling your soul to the hoodie. Think they'd take a 3rd rounder?
  3. Maybe we could convince the Patriots that he's bad luck b/c he's from Buffalo. Think they'd trade him to us?
  4. What 25-25 vs the Big East & non- conference games vs the MAC isn't a great record, on par with Chip Kelly? The exhaustive 8 day coaching search was well, exhaustive. The Bills private jet expense was getting a little too high, so Littman called them back to WNY & had them drive down I-90 to hire a guy who wouldn't say no to the job. Maybe that's the problem, we should want the guy who will say No, & like we did to Mario rake him over the coal till he says Yes.
  5. Color me unimpressed by our 2013 draft. EJ, Woods & Goodwin haven't proven a thing. Alonso is a quality starter. Outside of Kiko I'm concerned. Drafting anyone so long as they are a great player would be an improvement.
  6. Hackett is young I'm pretty sure he's smart enough to realize his offense is getting worse.
  7. I hate the NFL because quality intelligence & coaching exists outside of Buffalo. Watch New England's onside kickoff yesterday. Flawless design & execution.
  8. Watch the Patriots offense & copy it. It's amazing how they operate.
  9. EJ Manziel is a great QB when he gets to scramble & make plays with his legs. If Hackett just gave EJ Manziel more latitude & designed roll outs we'd be killing teams.
  10. I have all the faith in the world in Doug Moron, & EJ Manziel.
  11. It amazes me the Bills reporters who I've heard criticize Rogers; Chris Brown, Sal Capaccio, John Murphy & Mark Kelso. The one thing they all have in common is the fact that they are on the Bills payroll. I believe Capaccio is a WGR employee, but no doubt his over optimism helps him sell the Bills product that WGR has invested in since becoming the Bills radio broadcast partner. There's another thread on yes men, and I believe all 4 of these men fit that definition of a yes man. Having said that when was the last time anyone of else felt strong about the competence of anyone employed at One Bills Drive? So no, I'm not buying into the fact Rogers wasn't worth at least a spot on the roster about Hogan. To me this team has long been short on potential & long on character. I think the Bills missed on Rogers, like a QB, WRs take a season or 2 to develop. Moulds & Stevie both a breakout seasons in year 3. Rogers does have the best young QB in the league throwing to him which helps; but I find it insane that Rogers gets destroyed by guys like Chris Brown who even said things like the guy has ADD. If that's the case get him help, sit him down, it's obvious the guy can play, what he needed was support & the Bills were too short-sighted to provide that help.
  12. We can advance but will need to keep the loss vs Germany respectable. We will advance going 1-1-1 or better on goal differential.
  13. You are a great husband. Bills nation is praying for your wife.
  14. Bon Jovi Problem with that rationale is it simply isn't true. The Bills could have applied Fitzpatricks dead money this season, instead they are rolling over 8-9 million.
  15. Manuel went from having big WRs in college to little rinky dink Bills WRs & that's a problem.
  16. EJ ran a spread offense at FSU, he threw the ball better with higher completion percentages out of the pocket on designed roll outs than in it. Like Big Ben, I see EJ as the type of QB who can be an effective pocket passer, but it appears his skills and natural athleticism shines when given the ability to be aggressive. http://espn.go.com/blog/statsinfo/post/_/id/65051/why-bills-drafted-ej-manuel-in-first-round EJ Manuel Since Start of 2010 Passing In & Out of Pocket In Out << >> Scrambling: 60.0 comp pct (5 TD, 0 Int) Comp pct 66.8 70.3 TD-Int 35-21 10-1 TD pct 5% 14%
  17. No way the Pats were handed this game. The Browns were rewarded a critical 3rd down reception that kept their drive alive that put them up 26-14. All the Browns needed to do was recover an onsides kick. That being said why the Browns ST did not come up inside the 10 yard line on the onsides kick is beyond comprehension. You get to play the ball the first 10 yards without interference.
  18. This is just terrible that Rogers had a break out game. Too many little WRs on our team.
  19. The Patriots may have won the battle, but lost the war. It was fun watching Belichick stare down Browns Safety Ward after he took out Gronkowski's knee. Without Gronk I feel the Patriots will fall in the their first playoff game.
  20. As a Bills fan I've influenced many a game simply by rooting for the team I want to lose, to win.
  21. Mizzou's rush defense is looking like our Chan Gailey rush defense vs Rex Ryan.
  22. Suppose we go 4-0? I think that's a possibility. Many of you on here don't think so. On any given Sunday anything can happen. New England is going down in 4 games! Belichick hasn't won the big one in 10 years. Everyone on here claims he's a genius. Enough with this mindset. Remain calm, it's all in EJ's big hands Buffalo all the way, the 4th times a charm. All set for 8-0 let's go! League Champs? League Champs!
  23. I'm drunk & stumbled on this page...pointless back & forth dribble blah blah. Is this the place grown men go to die?
