The SS is in charge, blaming local cops is a bad look for the SS. If the SS can show that the locals did not follow specific directions then the cops should be investigated and fired, otherwise the SS is in charge.

I definitely agree that incompetence is possible here but how is it possible that this level of incompetence is happening? The SS truly has one job and to do it that poorly should be the end of many careers

So you in one post are arguing they would eliminate the guy and in another post stating they would wait?
