Leroi was the poster who only has about as many posts as I have, but was the first one to break the Rex 2nd interview news Saturday night

Leroi, you da man. I only have a few posts myself. My only info from Whaley is that I got to say hi to him in the hallway at the Ralph at the Vikes game this season. I hope you get to blow our minds again.

I don't think Kyle Shanahan turned us down in the past. I think it was just Brian Schottenheimer, the other coach's son.

Did you hear John Clayton on Schopp and the Bulldog the other day talking about the difference one single play can make for a whole franchise? It was an interesting thought. He was basically saying that he thought we would have won more than one Superbowl if it hadn't been for wide right. It was a dynasty! Then he compared that to (ugh) what the tuck rule game did for the Pats and more recently what the Fail Mary game did for the Seahawks.

That one stands out to me too. The good part of that memory is that he expressed perfectly with passion the way we all were feeling. It was unbelievable that the zebras didn't call pass interference on that play. He was in total disbelief.

It would give us a new jersey to buy. Who wants 2 blue jerseys or 2 white jerseys once you have one of each.

I remember on draft night the 'experts' on ESPN were slamming the Jets that Richardson was picked too high and that the Jets didn't know what they were doing. Thought that was going to be good news for us. Plus they had previously praised Jets pick of Milliner.

Wonder if Schwartz will try to bring along Gunther Cunningham to the staff. That would put another former head coach in the mix. Has anyone heard any rumors about that?

Man can't understand all the CJ haters. Yes he had a bad game, and he may not be an all the time primary workhorse back, but his great explosive plays are going to surface again this year. He looked tentative today hitting the holes like he did in his first 2 seasons. I agree that AP is the best back in the league, but hello AP's first carry today was for a 78 yard TD. Great. After that he had 17 carries for a total of 15 yards. So really add him to the feature backs that really didn't have very good days today.

I guess I have the cheap one. I ordered it on draft night. I'll be wearing it at the Cinci game on Oct 13. Coming up from Arlanta.

Isn't it amazing to be able to even have this conversation because just a few months ago we only had Stevie and TJ. What a turnaround.

Do we wish we had kept Joique Bell? Will the Patsies weak receiving corps catch up with them this year, or will Marcia pull them out again no matter who he has? They sure look weak and who knows if Amendola and Gronk will be able to stay healthy. Yes it's ONLY preseason, but we've seen Tom Brady, Joe Flacco, and Cam Newton all look horrendous at times. Yet, EJ has looked solid throughout and certainly not horrendous, but many still seem to say they're not impressed and were hoping for more. True, we still gotta play the games, but so far the results look good.
