  1. Brilliant move! I like him better than Britt, hometown is Buffalo, former coach in Marrone and only costs us a 6th and 1.8 mil this year. If he screws up it won't cost us much. The Doug's are killing it! Now we trade back in the draft before the jets and grab Ebron.
  2. Hard Knocks would make sense too using this logic. We make for an interesting story line this year.
  3. I heard good things last year about Elliot til he got hurt. Kaufman is interesting, they must've liked something since they broughtem back. My money is on Ramses, he will find playing time here if we don't draft Evans. I will be on his wagon all preseason. He was also working out with EJ last week. Big big man.
  4. I like Ebron but not at 9. Trade back, gain a pick and reach. But I don't think many teams are interested in trading this year in the first round considering the depth. All I know is this wait for the draft is dragging. Mike Evans would be great tho and I don't think 9 is reaching.
  5. Meh. Great in theory. If we did get the #1 pick would you take Mack or Clowney?
  6. Not to mention Schwartz would love to beat up that pride. I'd love it... Win or Loss I still take a food induced nap.
  7. If the redskins grab Desean then there interest in Britt would probably be gone. Does that leave Buffalo as Britts landing spot? I'd love to have Jackson but his pay check is a little steep and Britt will probably be had for cheap. Obviously Jackson is the better pick up because you know you're getting a pro bowler who produces but Britt could be a steal if he returns to form... Looking at it from all angles including the financial aspect who do you think has the most value and is the better pick up?
  8. LV Bills ur right... but Easley is no slouch. Best SP gunner in the league.
  9. Ramses Barden formerly of the Giants hidden amongst the likes of Steve Smith, Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz is going to Ball Out for us. Please hear me out. The sole game he was thrusted in the spotlight due to a Nicks injury was against the Panthers in 2012... 9 catches and 139 yards. At 6'6 237 lbs he has the intangibles we want in our big target, experience playing in the Nfl,has taken advantage of a starting role before and finally the opportunity to start. This kid is the real deal and I cannot wait to see him tear it up in camp and climb the depth chart. If you don't know much about him youtube all his throws with the giants and even check out the all star challenge. He looks special. This was a brilliant pick up way before anyone knew what they were missing. Sooo.. with that being said I think we trade up for the Texans #1 pick and go 1.Robinson,2. Mack, or 3.Clowney. Or trade down and pick up Ebron. I'm pushing for Robinson I feel like we have the playmakers and if we give EJ more time and make holes for CJ and Fred we will win the AFC. Robinsons the pick my friends. And the ANTICIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPAAAAAATION is killing me. Move the draft back!
  10. He's been forced to be in a read option, regardless he's better than EJ.
  11. Great hands, big, he's underutilized in the offensive scheme. I can dig it.
  12. Called this month's ago... why wouldn't they be interested. And atleast WHEN EJ goes down to an injury we can hope were sniffing the playoffs and that would be a huge opportunity for Vick to leave a better legacy. Puppies aside, I think with a stronger oline and less of a need to run out of the pocket Vick could succeed. He is the best option out there. What do we have to lose... our dignity? Pssssh, it's been hiding for a decade. Up for anything 2014!
  13. I am hoping the Bills go after Pettigrew and release Chandler. Lafell would be a nice pick up too but I've got a feeling Ramses Barden is going to show up at camp and earn some PT or Elliot who got hurt in training camp last year, both big dudes. I think we should stay away from a safety, I like alot of our young guns. A lber would be nice as well and I've got a feeling I'll get burned for this but Mike Vick would be a solid pick up. EJ goes down I'd like our chances with a Vet Pro with a ton of potential when healthy.
  14. This is a travesty.. The Buffalo Bills dropped the ball as usual. But we're fans, we move on. And here's the reason we drafted like we did last year. Byrd wants out of Buffalo, don't let the door hitcha where the good Lord splitcha. AS and Searcy will only get better and last year they showed promise. Maybe if we start winning players will want to stay. CATCH 22
  15. Enough people have been chattering about this on the boards and I can see the positives and negatives. 1 negative being the pressure of being in this national spotlight. This could add even more pressure on EJ and he could bombed in humiliating fashion. However, he thrived under the pressure of the senior bowl and some big games this year. I feel it could be a big positive as well. With the Fins exposing an ugly locker room and eventually imploding they have unknowingly put us in the position to show everyone what a great locker room we have. These guys may not be winners yet but for the most part our Bills are class acts and on the rise. Ultimately our story is just too hard to ignore... 14 years out of the playoffs, sophomore Qb who showed potential and is in a make or break position. New established coaching staff some with more success than others, Pepper J, The Schwartz-MAN and Marrone out to improve or move. And this could be what our team needs to break the losing streak. With this big of a chip on our shoulders seen by so many we've got to rise to the occasion. Plus this could generate alot of buzz for Buffalo which means more$$$$. I'm in, who's with me?
  16. I think Colling could make an impact... I'm impartial to the other two especially Anthony Allen. With how poor the ravens run game was the fact they dropped this guy doesn't make me feel like we've got a steal on our hands.
  17. Jamarcus without a doubt. The Raiders are still recovering. He was supposed to be the next big thing and was already a man made of myths before he touched the field. I can remember hearing stories about him throwing 80 yards down the field taking a knee. I'm still surprised no-one was desperate enough to give him another shot. Chasing intangibles...
  18. I like Carolina. Cam Newton is one of the most interesting players to watch and has the potential to change the game. He is unique and I'm looking forward to watching Cam go HAM tomorrow. Plus that defense is fierce and I've always liked Steve Smith too. Another decent receiver over there and this team is in the top 3.
  19. Marshall Lynch is better than both Freddy and CJ. Losing him was awful and a terrible decision. Would you force a player to play for Buffalo even if he wants out? It was widely accepted Lynch hated it here and wanted out. I got that feeling from Byrds actions this year but feel that he may come around to the idea of staying after seeing his success in Pettine schemes. All this being said do we force Byrds hand by franchising him if he is unwilling to sign this off-season and run the risk of him playing footsies hurt all season? That also gives us the option of trading him... Byrd is a game changer but doesn't it seem like that's where A. Williams is heading too? It's a quandary.. What do you think TBD?
  20. Wow... a kick return specialist, if you could call him that at this point in his career, Roscoe Parrish is nowhere near as talented as the great kick returners we already possess. Crossman was the problem in this area. Between Goodwin and Mckelvin we are doing just fine. Preferably I'd like to see CJ utilized in this role as well, were looking to give him the ball in space and this would make sense. No disrespect for Roscoe but he had his shot here, regardless whether he was utilized right or not he doesn't deserve another.
