  2. You don't know history very well. The freak out over Italians, Poles and other southern and eastern Europeans was just as big and things have worked out pretty well. @national origins act 1923
  3. Yes. Almost as if immigration to the USA is a new thing or something. 🙄
  4. Pardoning convicted rioters? Letting criminals go? Great policy
  5. Well, Biden sure must be happy today
  6. Disgusting scum bags. This is 2023 and this garbage still lives on
  7. Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said that she witnessed first-hand former President Trump’s alleged sexual harassment, describing it as “really bad, to the point that I was extremely uncomfortable.” During an appearance on CNN earlier this week, Grisham detailed the harassment she observed while working under the then-president. She added that she wanted to protect a specific staffer, who she said Trump would frequently take on trips with him. Grisham also detailed an incident in which Trump called a staffer to come back to “look at her ass.” “He one time had one of my other deputies bring her back so that they could look at her ass, is what he said to him,” Grisham said. “I sat down and talked to her at one point, asked her if she was uncomfortable.” “I tried everything I could to ensure she was never alone with him,” she added. While she noted that Trump would frequently comment on people’s looks and speculate about cosmetic surgery, Grisham said the harassment against the specific staffer was particularly alarming. “But with this one staffer, it was really bad, to the point that I was extremely uncomfortable,” Grisham said. “I did everything I could to keep her off of trips actually, and to stay with her if she was with him alone because I was really nervous about what could happen.” The former Trump spokeswoman noted that senior staffers also knew about the situation at the time. She claimed she had spoken to various chiefs of staff, such as Mark Meadows, about the issue. https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/3997603-former-trump-press-secretary-says-harassment-was-really-bad/
  8. Conquer or die! No deal with the devil
  9. Former President Donald Trump’s appearance on CNN tonight was already going to be a blockbuster — a primetime TV appearance in front of a live audience on a network he regularly lambasts. But with a Manhattan federal jury finding him liable in the sexual abuse of writer E. Jean Carroll, the stakes for the GOP frontrunner were instantly raised, virtually ensuring he will be pressed on issue by a network that has historically had an adversarial relationship with the former president. https://www.politico.com/news/2023/05/10/trump-world-cnn-carroll-verdict-00096099
  10. Decent news about inflation, slowly getting better https://www.cnbc.com/2023/05/10/cpi-inflation-april-2023.html
  11. And Trump pre-confessed in the “Access Hollywood” tape. He has had six years since that conversation was published to come up with an explanation, beyond locker room talk, of his “when you’re a star, they let you do it.” Instead, questioned by Kaplan, Trump could not avoid revealing his true self. “Historically, that’s true, with stars,” Trump testified. “True that they can grab women by the p---y?” Kaplan asked. “Well, that’s what — if you look over the last million years, I guess that’s been largely true. Not always, but largely true,” Trump replied. He paused and then, as he does, kept going. “Unfortunately or fortunately.” Fortunately? Fortunately? “Who would say the word ‘fortunately’ to describe the act of sexual assault?” Kaplan asked the jury. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2023/05/09/trump-e-jean-carroll-verdict-justice/
  12. Rubber and glue works in 4th grade, not in the United States court system BTW, Can't wait to see the nut bag tonight on CNN vomiting out how unfair the world is to him, ha ha CNN televising a lunatic during a break down, so mean
  13. So busy with your "busy" life, yet so triggered by Billstime, Strange indeed
  14. Ya, maybe another nice "fair" trail with the GOP senators as the jury? Screw that, POS is getting what he deserves, and this has only started. Jail awaits him
  15. The leader of the Wagner mercenary group issued a blistering statement denouncing Russia’s defense leaders for “treason” and “destruction” on Tuesday — a particularly vociferous denunciation that came as Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the nation’s military strength amid a pared-down Victory Day celebration. The holiday, among Russia’s most important, celebrates the Soviet victory over Nazi German in the Second World War — a fight Putin has often invoked to justify Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Yevgeniy Prigozhin, the Wagner head, claimed that his troops had “no ammunition” and that Russian troops were fleeing their positions in Ukraine. Blaming “those who give them orders and who set the tasks,” he said that “the fish rots from the head.” He declared that it was no time to celebrate: “Victory Day is the victory of our grandfathers. We don’t deserve this victory one millimeter.” The Biden administration on Tuesday announced a $1.2 billion aid package aimed at bolstering Ukraine’s air defenses and sustaining its ammunition supply. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2023/05/09/russia-ukraine-war-news-victory-day/
  16. Not having ar 15's will not effect your ability to hunt. Can't believe someone is arguing guns are as important as automobiles
  17. No, you said cars kill, too. But we need autos, very much. Guns? Not so much We can agree on that, correct? I'm not anti-second, but that doesn't mean ar15s should be legal. Neither should .50 caliber machine guns
