I would not be at all. He organized the whole thing, rally, march, lies and attempts to undermine the election. Why a rally on that day then and there? His lies about the election are evidence, his other attempts to steel the election are evidence, he wanted to personally go lead the march right at the capital. A reasonable jury can conclude this was his doing. The jury for this latest trial was told they do not have to believe there was spoken conspiracy between them, but that their actions can speak for that guilt. If Trump is not charged with seditious conspiracy or obstructing a governmnet function, it will be because he was the president, IMO
