  1. I thought the same thing. You had to know your singing sucked if you brought your juggling gear with you. The psycho(near the end of the show) proclaiming that she had a degree in music and 10 years of training was also great comic relief. Not to be out done, the woman singing the cowardly lion song from the wizard of oz was a thing of beauty. The visuals of the judges(specifically Randy & Simon) are priceless.
  2. I'm ready. Must see TV!
  3. You are truly the polar opposite of Pyrite Gal. Have you ever made a post with more than 10 words in it? :worthy:
  4. With Bruschi and Vrabel at the tail end of their careers, look for the Pats to be looking for LB's on day 1 of the draft.
  5. That would be a great pic!
  6. You're preaching to the choir. I was just pointing out that it was 3 kids fathered over a VERY BRIEF period of 3 months not a 3 year period like the previous poster had indicated.
  7. That would be 3 kids born during a 4 month period(not 3 years) to 3 different moms.
  8. Solid response! It ruins all the opinions that are formulated in the amout of time it takes a hot pocket to cook. DING! Have to go!
  9. Your're right. Instead of disussing the merits of the teams that are ACTUALLY IN THE PLAYOFFS, let's stick our heads in the sand and write how the Pats suck, they get all the calls, they are lucky, blah, blah, blah. God forbid we have some football discussions without "Brady envy" coming into play. <_<
  10. Did you see the two San Diego catch & fumbles that were ruled incomplete passes. Yeah, you're right, NE gets all the calls.
  11. There is no way that I would choose Novotny and Mair over Pyatt and Grier. Not even close.
  12. I don't want to come across as a naysayer, but I have that same sick feeling in my stomach. It just doesn't seem like this team was built for the playoffs. You gave up a lot of size and grit when you let McKee, Dumont, Grier and even Pyatt walk out the door. I know that anything can happen come playoff time, so I guess I'll just keep my fingers crossed.
  13. Vanity plates suck.
  14. The internet is your friend... http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/235215
  15. Personally, I think Darien Lake is an overpriced joke and I has hoping that somehow it would be bought by the company that operates Cedar Point and other parks. Other than a couple of new waterslides, what has been upgraded in the last several years?
  16. Hopefully the proposed development of the inner harbor(adjacent to the arena) will eventually spur the opening of 2 or 3 restaurants/bars within a stones throw of the arena. We'll see.
  17. I'm over here. If you get your head out of McGahee's lap, maybe you would have seen me.
  18. $719,000 in jewelry? I missed that the first time around.
  19. But but but, he passed the Krumrie wrestling test, so that made him a good pick. Good bye Anderson and thank god Krumrie is no longer here.
  20. Excellent point. To think that I would never agree with you on anything regarding WM!
  21. http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/news/...ts/16401750.htm Father knows best? A third paternity suit was filed against Willis McGahee, 25, Buffalo Bills running back and former University of Miami Hurricane. Keisha Walls, 27, an elementary school teacher, says McGahee is the father of son Kai Walls, born April 19, 2006. Chiniqua Smith, 26, also a teacher, says McGahee is the father of Willis McGahee IV, born Jan. 6, 2006. Dorothy Doretha McNeil, 29, sued McGahee in 2005, saying he fathered daughter Bria McGahee, born Jan. 17 of that year. Somebody needs to sit down with Willis and explain the finer points of the birds and the bees.
  22. If coaching wins Super Bowls, how come Belicheck the genius didn't do squat in Clevaland when he was coaching there?
  23. I want to see Bass Pro open here just to see you attempt this.
  24. ...and vice versa. I have a feeling Bass Pro kept going to the well until the city/ECHDC officials wouldn't take it anymore.
  25. This city is unbelievable. In mid December, they gave Bass Pro a 30 day ultimatum to sh-- or get off the pot. Now two weeks later, the powers that be(Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp) are singing a different tune. Once again, no surprise that any attempt at progress always comes to a crawl in WNY. ...Quinn, who has led the direct talks with Bass Pro senior executives over the last 16 months, noted the Christmas and New Year's holidays did limit contact over the last two weeks. He hinted that the stated Jan. 16 deadline to get a final decision from Bass Pro might be loosened by a few days to compensate for lost negotiating time. Anthony H. Gioia, the development corporation's chairman, confirmed the deadline could be extended if there are signs a deal is imminent. "Nobody's going to be stupid. If we're within a heartbeat of a deal, we're not going to point to the clock and shut the door," Gioia said, adding that any extension would be "days, not weeks, or months." Gioia & Quinn...today it may be extended by a couple of days, tomorrow it will be a couple of weeks and before you know it, it will be 2008 and we'll still be in negotations! What's left to negotiate...Bass Pro takes the deal or they go away forever. http://www.buffalonews.com/editorial/20070104/1013597.asp
