Outside of Jerry Jones and George Steinbrenner how many owners are viewed as big spenders by their current fans?
Off the top of my head...
Dan Snyder
Mark Cuban
The owner of the Flyers(Snider??)
Red Sox owner

Look buddy, If you read the thread you would see it wasn't bothering me. What bothers me is having my fellow fans upset over something stupid like this. To say its a waste of time to protect my teams image and protect other Bills fans from getting their buttons pushed is a joke.
WE ARE NOT THE TORONTO BILLS
So get real
Writers as you so clearly pointed out should get things right or they have folks correcting them just like you did me.
Why did you bother, nothing better to do?
Sorry buddy. I didn't read every post.

If you really want to stop this guy or any writter, it is possible there are actual legal grounds to press charges against this guy and every one of us could be intitled to sue for damages.
Get legal representation to contact this fella, or possibly a represenative from the Buffalo Bills organization and tell this writter that we will seek legal represenation if it ever happens again and also, we want a formal apology in writting on his next column.
I'm not a lawyer, but seems like there would be laws against stuff like this or everyone wold be doing it.
Anybody have a good lawyer on retainer who wants to put a good scare into this fellow? never know, your lawyer might just say, hey, lets go after this guy for damages, because lets face it, it is mean, it upsets people just as if their own name was slandered and its wrong.
Go after this guy and make an example out of him so it never happens again
At the very least, I'm sure he will be forced to address the issue and fix the mistake.
I hope you are joking. If not, you need some hobbies.
PS It's writer not writter.

Oh.....Please no more links about stuff like this....it pisses me off for some reason and I am in too good of a mood to worry about it
The Bills are 3-0 for the first time in a million years(or so it seems that way
) and all that has led to is a steady stream of look at what joe blow wrote about us or look where Jim Bob from timbuktu has us ranked. Who gives a !@#$!
-
But, the idea of using Colin Cowturd as a source for anything, is absurd. That guy is the WORST! I don't think he believes half of what he says, and simply says stuff to generate controversy and calls. Typically he says stupid stuff that pisses us off. Just because, this once, he said something we like, doesn't mean it ain't stupid.
You know how the drill works around here...
Media says something good about the Bills and they are the most knowledgeable football folks around. Say something bad about the Bills and they are nothing but stupid hacks.

I never start any FF players going against Buffalo.
So...if you had Cutler and your only option on the bench is Orton the week Denver is playing Buffalo, you are benching Cutler? Sure you are.
PS I hope you aren't playing in money leagues.
-
I'd rather have Kelly and his group buy them. I could see Cuban moving them to LA.
What group?

I read in the Buffalo Snooze last week that Verizon finally has TV offerings for their Fios service in the Buffalo area, I will be giving them a call in the morning.
Only problem is that Verizon has not rolled out FIOS to all of WNY.

Winfield was, and still is, a better CB, IMO.

me
It was Mike Hollis but the kick sent the game into overtime where a Bledsoe to Price pass won it.
You are correct!

I had thought Moorman was the AFC's best punter in years past but perhaps I really haven't given Lechler as much credit as he deserves.
While Moorman has been very good the last several years, Lechler is on another level. He is outstanding.

Disagree completely. You do not let someone come into your house and insult you like that. You smack them in the mouth. Donte's tackle wasnt cheap and it sent a very good message to the rest of the team and to the raiders. You don't come into our house and try some bull sh--. I aint saying to make it a habit, but there are times when things need to be done, and yesterday was one of them.
It's not a gang fight, it's a professional football game. A wise man once said, "don't be dumb, don't be dirty". Whitner covered all bases with that move. He should just be glad it didn't cost the Bills the game or you and everyone else praising him today would be tearing him a new a-hole.

For future reference: a play is over once the player scores by crossing the goal line. That's it. Done. No more. Thanks for playing.

the amount of time it took to write this you could have looked it up.
Sounds familiar...

Holy Crap!!!
I thought Mitchell was gonna punch his girly face in....
Schoebl's standing there saying.. I don't have it any more. Mitchells telling him to shut up and he responds. I'm just sayin', I'm trying to deal with it myself, the whole time Mitchell's telling him to shut up.
WOW! There's a guy you want to go to war with
My opinion of Schoebel was changed by that one video clip. If thats the approach he takes to the game. I don't want him out there. Cripes!!!
I agree. Where is his enthusiasm for the game?

posted already, but still hard to believe that was the first walk off regulation FG in Bills history...
Damn. I always try not post duplicate threads. Sorry!

The other one was pretty memorable.
If they are correct, it is hard to believe it has only happened twice in over 40 years.

I get to see Jason Peters every Sunday night. He travels with a group of idiots who are incredibily disrespectful and he is the leader.
Other players?

The Bills have gotten only 1 sack in the last two games as a team. I wouldnt' worry about it.
Maybe no need to worry about it when you are playing against JaMarcus Russell. See how you fare with no pass rush against more experienced QB's.
The Bills really need to find a way to generate a pass rush with 4 lineman. Blitzing may help from time to time, but when you have to rely on it all the time, teams will find a way to make you pay.

TW and WIVB/parent company will come to terms. Nothing but posturing. Channel 4 will NOT be dropped from the TW lineup.

Besides Hardy's touchdown catch last week, and McKelvin's nice return this week, our rookies haven't had to do much; and we are still winning; Unlike last year when we had to rely on Lynch, Edwards, Fred Jackson, and Poz!!! Just imagine once Hardy and McKelvin get a little more experienced like Lynch, Edwards, Jackson, and Poz have. Once they work themselves in a little more, this team will be unstoppable. The only problem I have is with McKelvin. I don't see him getting much playing time at all, besides returning kicks. Jabari Greer and McGee are playing like Probowlers, not to mention Youboty. Youboty looks incredible!!! This guy looks like the real deal.
How did the team rely on Poz last year when he only played 2-1/2 games?

Sarcasm son Sarcasm!
Where's the sarcasm? Just pissing on any thread with another rant on Peters?

The Miami Arena was a victim of timing. In the late 80s, arenas were being build much the same as they had been in the previous 30 years. When the deluge of new arena starting going up in the mid 90s with the large number of luxury suites and fan amenities, the MA paled in comparison. There were enough investors & political will to increase local taxes to build two new arenas, so they did. IMHO, south FL would have lost both the Heat and the Panthers if they would have continued to play in the MA after 1998.
BTW, while the American Airlines Arena isn't far from the MA, it is near Bayfront which makes it a bit nicer. I've gone to a few Heat games there but we usually end up parking in a shady area. The Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise is way out near the swamps, but it's a pretty nice venue.
The Heat and the Panthers play in different arena's??
I understand the need to have separate baseball and football stadiums, but hockey and basketball?

I'm not sure if this has been posted but I havent seen it so here goes.
I really think we need to consider restructuring Aarons contract or trading him. I like the guy as a person and he is a decent player but he's always been a one trick pony (speed) and even he has admitted he's slowing down. Honestly I've been more impressed with Kelsey. Maybe I'm tired of watching him take a bus around Lake Ontario trying to get to the qb but I was wondering what yall think?
I'm not Schobel's biggest fan, but who are you starting in his place? Denney?
