With the 3 year contract in hand, Jauron is here to stay this year and next at the very minimum, and next year would have to be a disaster(6-10 or worse) for RW to fire him.
Bringing up Bill Cowher's name as a potential candidate to replace Jauron is riciulous. Anyone who has followed Bills football for as little as 10 minutes would know that Ralph will never pay the big bucks for a HC. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN...NEVER!
The only "big name" who ever came to Buffalo was Chuck Knox and he had nowhere near the resume that Cowher has. The one great coach he had in the 60's he couldn't get along with(Saban) and eventually got rid of him. The rest of the HC's RW has hired were bargain basement...
Collier
Johnson
Ringo
Stephenson
Bullough
Levy(he was a CFL has-been when hired by the Bills)
Williams
Mularkey
Jauron
Cowher as HC of the Bills... :w00t:
What kind of a move do you suggest since the trade deadline has come and gone? KGB? Have you noticed any of the 31 teams in the NFL rushing to sign him? In terms of finding a way to get to the QB with blitzes, Fewell has shown nothing in terms of resolving the lack of a pass rush.
What you see is what you get in terms of the pass rush.
Fowler
Teague
Anderson
Reyes
Dockery
Whittle
Gandy
and a couple of others I am probably missing!
Either John Guy sucks at evaluating NFL talent, the coaching is sub-par or these players flat out can't cut it. The 3 day one picks in April better be OL or DL.
Very lofty expectations. Only 43 RB's in NFL history have hit the 7500 yard mark and I haven't seen anything close to enough from Lynch to believe that he can achieve that total.

Except for a few glimpses during the Bledsloe era, this offense has SUCKED since Kelly retired. If nothing else, I thought the offense would at least bring some excitement back to Bills football in 2008.
I guess I was wrong.
Any regular listener of Howard Stern is familiar with the Iron Shiek and his post retirement rants, but for those who aren't, here is a sampling...
NSFW!!!!!
I think this "deaf" wrestler was the one I am trying to remember...

PS This website is addicting!
Growing up in Buffalo, two wrestling memories. Saturday afternoon wrestling on TV with "classical gas" as the theme song for the show and then the sometimes lame wrestling show that aired on canadian TV also on Saturday....I have vivid memories of Billy Red Lyons(who always looked like he was 70) and a deaf wrestler(whose name escapes me) who was always the punching bag for his opponent.
Favorite wrestling name of all time...The Unpredictable Johnny Rodz.
FYI...The OP is asking about next year, not now, and in addition to the "open" boats where you get drenched, there is a covered boat where you don't get wet at all.
I haven't done it, but I hear it is amazing.
