  1. Oh goody...another Tyrod sucks thread. I guess the "Tyrod Sucks" groupies need to keep up with the half dozen or so "Cousins" threads on page one.
  2. Both from personal experience and stories from friends and family here in the Buffalo area, I wouldn't go to South Buffalo Mercy or St. Joe's aka Sloppy Joe's...no matter what. I'd rather take the longer ride to Millard Suburban or BGH.
  3. Everyone knows multiple "best realtor ever". I had a friend solicit for a realtor on facebook last year, and there must have been at least 100 responses. lol Good luck pooj.
  4. Back in my early days working in the medical campus(early 80's), a co-worker of mine swore by steak hoagies at a place called Scottie's on Jefferson near Best. I always thought we were taking our life's in our hands going there after dark(co-worker was a "brother", so in some twisted way I felt safe), but they were always worth the risk. I'm guessing the place hasn't been around in many years...or decades. Edited...you never know what you will find when searching the internet
  5. I'd consider trading up for Mayfield if he is there around 10. Other than that, stand pat, draft two good players at 21 and 22, and hope the QB position can be addressed via a cheaper option...F/A or trade.
  6. Hate to say it...I think you are wrong.
  7. Maybe this was a case where the players made the coach look good? Regardless, position coached change all the time. It's part of the business. Much more concerning when the coordinators are being flipped season in, season out...oh...wait a minute.
  8. How is this any different from just about every WR in the NFL making the "throw the flag" gesture whenever they don't catch a pass?
  9. Smith goes from a team with a good OL, a brilliant head coach/OC and 3 great offensive weapons(Hunt, Hill and Kielce) to... ? I think Smith is a good option at QB for a team looking for a starter for ~3 years looking to maybe take a run at it, but not on the Redskins. I think this is going to be a case of “buyers remorse” almost from the get go. Just doesnt seem like a good fit.
  10. Based on these ridiculous threads that pop up on a regular basis, I'd say it's more of a case of bitter Bills fans with nothing better to whine about than the local newspaper.
  11. Unless the Bills are in the SB, my "excitement" level for the SB doesn't change. I will still watch, and I usually have a team I prefer over the other.
  12. “1, 2, 3...RUN”
  13. That would be all on Jones. Is Murph expected to know street/locker room lingo...and I'm no fan of Murph's.
  14. In the last hour, I heard Sal's guest on WGR(some draftnik by the name of Marino) compare Rudolph to Chad Henne and another mediocre QB from the past whose name escapes me).
  15. What is it that you expect from what amounts to an hourly paid Bills infomercial?
  16. I just looked at the poll numbers, then took a ride to the store. Completely out of tinfoil...go figure.
  17. Wasn't DD's big news going to happen on 2/1, and then he was going to disappear forever? LOL
  18. Jones couldn't put two coherent sentences together on that show if his life depended on it. Very often, he'd just rehash what was said minutes prior. I didn't know he was going back and forth and didn't even live here in WNY. Gone and forgotten.
  19. Best of luck to Wood in his post-football life. To the people with the wild speculations before the player was revealed...what the heck is wrong with you people...especially the poster who speculated an attempted suicide.
  20. Physical abilities to play QB aren't part of the criteria? Sounds like a solid plan. LOL The good news...he will be great in the community.
  21. I really think this comp pick thing is overblown. If you have a very good team, you lose a couple of prize F/A and are able to backfill from within instead of having to sign someone else's pricey F/A, great you get a comp pick or two. If you are a bad to mediocre team(the Bills), and you lose a key F/A or two, you have to do what you can to make the team better...even it means you lose out on a precious extra 6th round pick.
  22. Tyrod could probably be a very good CFL starting QB for the next 7-8 years...if he chose that route. That being said, he'd make a lot more money being even an NFL #2 for the next 10 years, holding the clipboard and making a few token appearances per year.
  23. I stand corrected on salary. I forget the Joe D was drafted in '73. He certainly didn't make millions. Maybe 1 million...maybe.
  24. Just a wild guess...I think his first name was Johnny. I searched the member list... Johnny Coli??
  25. Great sentiments...except now I'm going to wake up in the middle of the night and try and remember this posters name....and his posts in the AI threads were great!
