No, basically I'm saying that he did exactly what he was expected to do. He got zero help. Although the modern NFL offense is all about the QB, no great QB is successful without competent help. I.e. Andy Luck. But ignore the obvious. Ignore that we had zero run game. Ignore the fact that we didn't throw the ball past 15 yards down field. Pin point your criticism and see what you want. Base your opinion on who is blame to the loss on one play, in which the receiver ran a poor route. Yep, everything has to work.

Show me the proof this one is on TT. And please don't point to one throw. How about the putrid offensive scheme or the numerous breakdowns in protection. I battle with that skill every weekend. It's amazing to have a QB be able to elude pressure and make plays when there isn't one there. Especially after suffering the Kyle Orton experiment, I really can appreciate his athleticism. And then the next play it's the death of him, either scrambling too soon or doing too much. I guess you have to take the good with the bad. Watching Lamar, in trying to focus on him strictly from the pocket, because all though those highlight reel plays are awesome, teams with great QBs win from the pocket IMO

The Bears have zero offensive receiving weapons. I was lucky enough to get the waiver on Cohen but I won't be starting him this week. Pros: he has shown to be one of the few trusted receiving talents Cons: game sample is a single showing. Possibly a fluke? I'd hold off, especially since you won your first matchup. If it isn't a dire situaion, it might be nice to have the money down the line or to make the move if deemed necessarily down the line.

Thanks for posting these. Saturday will be my first look at Josh Allen. I don't get to watch too much college ball and am very ignorant as to match up quality. Nonetheless, the idea of a small school guy has me curious and I enjoy forming an opinion, even off of one game.
