  1. Not only does it limit the down field options, it also shrinks the field of play for the QB to scramble. If you want to move the pocket, how about some naked boot action? The Bills love a good PA fake, 7 stepper in the pocket. Give Breida an outside zone PA fake and send Allen out on his own vs a DE who may or may not keep contain. I like our chances. Disclaimer: yes I know it still shrinks the field for the QB as a runner but with proper scheme they could have a personal protector to allow for a throw back 11 personnel, pin and pull with TE/T combo. Knox blocks down on the 7T DE and the tackle pulls out behind him. The rest of the line slides gap protection and the RB either cleans up the mess or keeps the edge clean. Sets up a perfect TE screen or throw back for later on. JmO
  2. I respect this opinion. I also respect McD’s “next man up” and “1/11th” approach. We were thin at corner to begin with, so I imagine that Fraiser won’t sit idly by and just plug and play who’s next on the depth chart. Question for all: Would you expect this injury to make the defense even more conservative in their coverages and pressures or more aggressive with them? My initial take was that they’d ramp up the pressures, hanging out their dynamic duo on the back end to cover up and extra field. Now as I write this I almost wonder if they’ll play less man, or softer zone. I suppose it depends on the opponent and the man who plays CB. Friggin Jets fans…
  3. Lots of traps and WHAM blocks by TEs. I’m sure McD probably coached him up about playing his gap and maintaining his 1/11th. I question how ready they were to see those types of plays. That being said, he is all over the place. His run stuffing ability, his pass rush, his hustle. He is a bad man.
  4. Huge blow. Terrible for Tre, he is such a great guy. I’m glad he got his contract and love he is likely a Bill for life. But… How many people at the beginning of the year said, “The Bills can win the super bowl because of how well Tre White plays” ? None. We will miss Tre. His ability, his fire and his personality more than we can probably measure. But this team will live and die by Josh All-in and the offense. We’re just going to have to score more now than we thought.
  5. I think I actually spend more while staying at home than at the game. This was extremely true from about 2011-2018 when December tickets were essentially given away.
  6. Just pick one up off the street. Just as good.
  7. This is great. We’ll done PR team
  8. Fred Jackson is probably still my favorite bill of all time. FredEx, Kyle Williams or Brain Moorman. Holy hell, the Bills were terrible while I grew up…
  9. Park in the grass lot across southwestern blvd from lot 5. It fills up quick but isn’t regulated like a stadium lot. Might be five bucks cheaper but extra muddy and plenty of good times to go around.
  10. Pretty sure I sierra missed the punch line here
  11. Don’t care either way. Just keep the beer cold and the volume up, and I’m good.
  12. I’ll go ahead and play devils advocate. This is why he makes 40 mil a year…to win games like this. Allen 28, Colts 18
  13. Making hot sauce and blue cheese, duh.
  14. And so is our offense. they’re playing a back up QB and Kamara is banged up. Allen feasts in prime time. not trying to be smug, but the bills are the better team.
  15. I suppose that is about at boom or bust as you could get
  16. Given the state of the Saints, we should beat them 10 out of 10 times.
  17. No. Do not do this. There has to be more reliable options on your team, no?
  18. Kumerow for S. Brown seems like an unfair swap. Was this no-trade backs-ies?
  19. I hate to say it but idk how Brady isn’t the clear front runner. He’s thrown 27 TDs so far this year and leads the league in yards. Maybe these are based off of what they expect to happen 2nd have of the season, which for Allen based on last year, could be lights out.
  20. Klien is a free argent in 2023, same as Edmunds. I doubt the agent or team would allow for such short sightedness to have any legitimate impact on offers from the team or on expectations from the player and agent. I was discussing with some friends yesterday the idea of having them use Klein situationally, or in a specific package. Then you remember the Bills defense is and has played lights out all season. I doubt they’ll mess with the their current formula and I think you’re right on the money here. Let’s not overreact to a single game and instead appreciate him as a very reliable depth player on a defense that plans to make a deep run into the playoffs. He’ll likely be needed at some point.
  21. Hope we have Star back for this game
  22. Has anyone heard of a Quinton Nelson ankle injury suffered yesterday in their W v. Jax? or am I hearing this wrong
