I disagree. He will shake things up. He is not afraid to tell them what they refuse to admit: there is too much corruption and too little action on important international issues. One of the problems with the UN is that they refuse to address the negatives in their organization. They just prefer to sweep things under the carpet in hopes that they will go away. With Bolton there, they will be forced to address these issues, making the organization stronger. Some people think that he could actually save the UN from themselves and give the organization some meaning. If you send someone less "abrasive," then you will see the UN continue down the same road to irrelevancy.
