  1. I think they almost have to wait for roster cuts at this point. Every team still has 90 man rosters and a lot of teams have two kickers, so probably not a lot out there now. It will be interesting after cut day when some More kickers will be free agents. If bass continues struggles during the season, you got to start wondering how long his leash will be
  2. Yep I do agree with that. Which is why I'll say Beane is a good, but not great GM. This team needs more elite talent and game breakers outside of Josh
  3. I mean, fair points. But any GM or head coach is gonna get fired without the franchise QB. Even bill belichick the greatest coach of all time was. (Who also served as the GM basically) So at the end of the day you have to credit him for getting the most important position correct. There's lots of luck in the draft for every team at some point
  4. But Beane also drafted Josh which is a big credit to him. Beane definitely has faults. Overall he's a good Gm, but If you wanna argue that this team doesn't have enough elite talent besides Josh, then that's definitely fair
  5. 100 percent RBs are the easiest position to fill. 2 more years and I would let Cook walk anyways as I'm not a believer in paying RBs 2nd contracts unless you're CMC
  6. Yep. He is very talented but has a lot of holes in his game as of now. Dropped passes, fumbles, not a great pass protector, not a great 3rd and short back etc.
  7. I am not shooting the messenger as I appreciate you sharing, but how would that doctor know that information? Mcdermott didn't sound optimistic at all when they asked if Milano would be back
  8. I think stats can be a bit mis leading though. He got a lot of yards cause he had light boxes and teams game planned to stop Josh/the deep pass. For example: Brock Purdy had elite stats- Do you think he's an elite QB or did he benefit a lot cause the system he's in?
  9. For a guy who "pushes them" and demands a lot, he sure seems to disappear during the most crucial times in the playoffs. Especially when there is film blatantly showing him not running full speed on routes. Pretty hypocritical if you ask me
  10. Hes gonna have to learn to play through that cause they definitely aren't calling that in the playoffs.
  11. Bad all around for me, especially the O line. Now.. Not panicking as it's only pre season- But I didn't really feel like anyone played well. Maybe Elam a bright spot? As he seemed to have tight coverage on a few plays
  12. Takeaway from me this half was O line did not look good. Starters and backups
  13. Ya I hear you . But I just wouldn't have traded for Diggs as let's be honest.. he's a headache.. And you got a bright young QB. I wouldn't mess with that
  14. I don't think Diggs had/has a choice though. As he was traded to Houston
  15. Ya fair points. They have tank dell and Nico Collins who are really good young receivers. And a good TE in dalton Schultz. Diggs definitely won't be the "guy" there. I think he will be their 3rd option so to your point, he may very well be that "move the chains" kinda guy
  16. I don't get why Texans traded assets for a diva wide receiver who is on the decline when they have a young rising star at QB
  17. Oh believe me I'm not a big McDermott fan so no argument there haha. Both could be true: McDermott has cost them in big playoff games. And Diggs also has
  18. Diggs was great for 3.5 years in terms of production. But you are saying he wasn't a big problem for this team the last half of last year including the playoffs?
  19. The smart arse answer is more money, but I see what you're saying. I would rather take a little bit less and play for a championship contender in a nice city opposed to go somewhere like Pitts or Cleveland
  20. Cowboys play for me when he bobbled that 4th and 1 but then just manhandled linebackers to get the 1st down. Saw glimpses before that game, but after that play/game I knew we had our guy
  21. Good post. i think another underrated thing was the turnovers. I don't have the numbers so maybe im wrong, but it seemed like the bills were turning the ball over at a historical rate with Dorsey last year. Where Brady seemed to clean a lot of that up
  22. Ya that sounds about right and that's what I think as well. I just think Hardy will win that since he's a draft pick and will be backup slot to Taron.
  23. Ya I think it will depend on who wins the punt returning job as well If it is Hardy, I think Hamler is gone and MVS makes it. But if Hamler wins it, then to your point I think MVS might be in trouble
  24. I just saw that contract structure and it is one of the weirdest contracts I have seen lol. 97 million dollar void in 2029 or whatever year it was? Lmao how the hell is that even possible, cause to my understanding, you can't restructure void years?
