It's definitely Beane/Mcdermott for the whole roster though. The lack of talent? Sure I would say that's mostly Beane. But McDermott also has a big say on how this roster is constructed. He hated the Brian Daboll philosophy where they couldn't run the ball. So Now we over corrected on offence, and have constructed an offensive identity where we want to run/play clock control. That identify, McDermott definitely has his fingerprints on

Yep pretty much. Theres Josh, cook, a few good players and that's about it. Once again, this team lacks elite talent outside of Josh. (And maybe cook)

Watching the rams against SF with that receiving talent, combined with Sean Mcvay calling plays? It legit looks like a different sport. So many easy 10-20 yard throws for Stafford all game long
