Sammy Watkins' rookie year: 65 receptions, 982 yards (15.1 avg), 6 TDs Julio Jones' second year: 79 receptions, 1,198 yards (15.2 avg), 10 TDs. Sammy Watkins' second year: 60 receptions, 1,047 yards (17.5 avg), 9 TDs While Julio missed time in his first year and Sammy his second, I would say these numbers are similar.

Brady hit Brian Tyms for a 40+ yard TD a couple years back and I still don't know who Tyms is.

The season doesn't hinge on Sammy alone. Hate to see this happen, but not ready to give up just yet.

I'm curious to see how long the hybrid LB/S fad lasts in the league. They are great to defend the pass but can be huge liabilities in the run game (Arizona has been very successful with their guys in that role but we ran all over them).

Would have been a good pick too. Still unfair to slam the Bills for drafting a guy who got hurt before setting foot on the field. And it's not like the LB corps has suffered for it anyway.

He's definitely around the ball a lot more so far. Diagnosing plays a little earlier, perhaps?

Glad to see Spikes maintaining a vocal role with the team despite playing very few snaps. Woods seemed to be in a good mood throughout but his body language in other videos I've seen shows frustration with lack of targets, etc. Probably less frustrating when you're winning wire-to-wire.
