The DEC was a part of the raid. They conducted a year long air quality study and determined that Tonawanda COke was the major source of high benzene levels in the area. They are also responsible for writing TC's Title V permit - which has been up for renewal.

The monster magazine contest was the best answer. I thought it was funny as hell and gave his band a lot of publicity. Great tactic by Billy Bob. Would we have heard of his band had he not done this? Exactly.

The problem with Adam is that he switches from a shrilling "hair-band" like voice to a real cool modern Thom York type from Radiohead. In fact, he should try a radiohead song - he could be the only contestant able to pull it off and it will pull him out of the '80's.
