Jesus Christ went to an Ivy League School? I do think there is a general corollary between higher intelligence and higher education. It may or may not help "create" intelligence but it sure does help maximize one's potential. Could you imagine how dumb Bush would sound without that Ivy League education? It is hard to make a retarded monkey complete poorly constructed sentences, so I would say Yale did a great job.

However the dumbest athletes are hockey and baseball players - by far! Few have any college education (no matter how superficial) and they, as their sports demanded, traveled a lot in highschool. Ryan Miller is an exception to the general rule. Baseball players are probably dumber than hockey players. Just a logical observation.

But to the original point - assuming you want to talk to a ghost in Peru, why would you ask the question in English? And why would the ghost respond to an English question? It seems a bit foolish.

you have no idea how bored. how about this thought - ghosts can't exist because the math does not work. How many humans have inhabited the earth since the first ape morphed into a human? A trillion, 10 trillion? i don't know, but a whole bunch. So, that means there could be trillions of ghosts roaming the streets. Why haven't I seen one? It would seem to me we would be bumping into them all over the place, like Times Square during rush hour.

I watched this show the other day called Ghost Hunters International where a team of Americans "investigate" old buildings in South America and Europe. They use fancy cameras and digital records. Essentially they wander around asking empty rooms questions like, "what is your name and how did you die?" Then they get these faint "voices" on the recorders and call it evidence of supernatural activity. Aside from all the other reasons to not believe this crap about ghosts, why are these old foreign ghosts replying to "ghost hunters'" questions asked in English?!!! Thsi was just on my mind while I was bored here at work.

David Oku is considered the best overall RB in this year's recruiting class. He had a verbal commitment to Tennessee, but withdrew that commitment after tenn fired their head coach. The Tenn runnings back coach that recruited Oku is now Syracuse's RB coach and invited Oku to visit, which he did. Oku said that he will not sign anywhere today - which is great for the cuse. He is probably waiting to see if Tenn or Auburn (the other school he is considering) signs any RB's. Syracuse did not sign any today. Can't teh football goods give SU this? - like a pity f*ck Rivals.com page EDIT: I just saw that both Tenn and Auburn signed several RB's who were 3 and 4 star recruits. This may happen for the cuse!

When someone dies intestate (without a will) there is a line of succession a court will use. If her mother is still alive and she had no children or husband I think everything will go to mom (unless I am not remembering my estates class from law school or if NC law differs from common law). You can get mom to waive her rights and then the estate would be spread equally to her siblings. Surrogate courts are usually very helpful if you call them.

In the first round of the playoffs I have a tough choice. NOrmally I would start Romo without question. However he is playing against the #1 Steelers Defense who has made every QB look terrible. ROmo will also be without RB Barber. Big Ben has been playing better as of late. Do I start him against the Cowboys? or Romo?
