Unfortunately everyone does not have a primary care physician to keep them on the right track and proper treatment when needed. Using the ER instead will end in failure. I know it would take a lot of money to solve , but even a step in the right direction and health education would help.

The Budapest Memorandum and U.S. Obligations Steven Pifer Thursday, December 4, 2014 December 5 marks the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances for Ukraine. Russia has grossly violated the commitments it made in that document. That imposes an obligation on Washington to support Ukraine and push back against Russia. This is not just a matter of living up to U.S. obligations. It is also about preserving the credibility of security assurances, which could contribute to preventing nuclear proliferation in the future. When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, nuclear arms lay in sites scattered across the former Soviet republics. Ukraine inherited the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world, including some 1,900 strategic nuclear weapons designed to strike the United States. Nothing in the post-Soviet space commanded more attention from the Bush 41 and Clinton administrations than making sure that the Soviet Union’s demise did not increase the number of nuclear-armed states. A key element of the arrangement—many Ukrainians would say the key element—was the readiness of the United States and Russia, joined by Britain, to provide security assurances. Two weeks ago gas here $4.19 today $4.70 , and that's with 1M barrel a day from reserve. Have a 14 year old Chevy Cobalt , went to the Chevy dealer no small cars or Electric just expensive pickups and SUV . Asked the salesman what's going on don't car companies have to meet high gas mileage average ? Nope Trump did away with that gas saving nonsense, a lot more profit selling trucks and the big SUV with the chip shortage . As long as the mother knows the identity of the father a dna sample can prove paternity and responsibility for support. Could be a deterrence to those with financial means. Fathers without financial means to help not so good.
