A Bill's win with Taylor doing an impression of Cousins would be cool.

If Rex was smart he would have kept Schwartz and his system because the Bills had the right players to run it. Trying to put in a different , more complicated defense without the right players for it , well we see the result. Injuries and penalties made it a lot worse, but killing the morale of a proud defense from last season is fatal.

Keep injured players who can still play out Let Taylor experiment without pressure to win. Only run if done safely. See what back up players like O'Leary can do. This is the time to get ready for next season.

It looks like the Jets were able to upgrade HC and GM , but the revolving door in Cleveland scares away top coaches and GMs. I'am more concerned with injuries , penalties and switching to a new defense without the right players. Rex could still succeed here if Taylor is the real deal. I give Rex credit for bringing in Taylor just don't give him the power Chip has.

It helps to have a OC like Roman to get the most out of Kaep and Taylor. With the exception of Brady and Bill, paying a franchise QB big money will short change other key positions.

It's too soon for $21m a year . It would need to be structured like Kaep just in case . Whaley would have to let go of other big contracts to make it work. I guess this is a good problem to have.

Rex is still confident in Henderson and Mills looked good at RT. Urbik a fine back up at RG for Miller. Kromer is starting to look very good. Re-signing Richie and Glenn is a must though. Hope Cyril can make progress to at least back up LG

I still think Dan has not fully recovered from his early injury. Rex didn't help ragging on him . Lots of rehab off season , should be back to normal next season . Just have a back up plan , draft a kicker.
