  1. I don't think the Raiders would have to pay the $550 M relocation fee if they shared the 49er stadium. That would make more sense to me.
  2. Some players don't do well after a ACL , thinking Kiko, Kujo maybe RG3
  3. Good article on Rex and Rob in TBN http://bills.buffalonews.com/2015/06/20/the-wild-early-years-and-the-football-family-that-shaped-bills-coach-rex-ryan/
  4. After that article, no way the Browns would hire Marrone. He did fair having Pettine then Schwartz as DCs. If Brown's players want a players coach, Lovie Smith would be a good choice.
  5. If only Rex would have used the final game plan from the start of the season. All the injuries the Bills had and they knocked a team out of the playoffs. Good article
  6. Dec 5 est $150-$153.4 M http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/12/05/nfl-salary-cap-will-rise-above-150-million-in-2016/
  7. Thanks Brooklyn , now I understand the June 1
  8. cut pre June 1 ( Mario) dead money $7M cap saving $12.9M cut post June 1 dead money $5.4 M cap saving $14.5M http://overthecap.co.../buffalo-bills/ not sure what date you believe is better to release Mario, thanks , never paid much attention to cap before
  9. Mario is likely cut after June 1st http://overthecap.com/salary-cap/buffalo-bills/
  10. LT is a critical position, Glenn has to be re-signed at least until they find a valid replacement like a drafted player.
  11. As long as the Bills stay in WNY , whatever stadium the Pegulas want is fine with me.
  12. I don't see how the Raiders/Davis can afford relocation fee $550M +split cost of new stadium in LA. If I remember, Raiders could not sign high priced FAs because they did not have the guaranteed money to put in escrow account ?
  13. Survey what the players prefer. Would good players re-sign for less to play in good conditions? Would FAs be more willing to sign here with a indoor stadium. It could have natural grass if rolled out to a climate controlled structure with sun lamps.
  14. So that's why Rex was serious. Now that's big news, thanks 26
  15. I was glad to see Rex in a more serious mood. Hope he does learn from his mistakes.
  16. The Browns have been so horrible at first-round picks lately (Taylor, Richardson, Weeden, Mingo, Gilbert, Manziel) that I hate to sentence Jared Goff or Paxton Lynch to a life on the Lake, but draw straws, gentlemen. Short one goes to the Browns. Tennessee has the first pick and could get a package of picks to move down with any number of QB-needy teams (San Francisco at seven, Chicago at 11, Philadelphia at 13, St. Louis at 15). http://mmqb.si.com/mmqb/2016/01/04/nfl-coaches-fired-wild-card-schedule-week-17-peyton-manning
  17. Irsay / Grigson makes me really appreciate Pegulas / Whaley
  18. Just getting everyone back healthy works for me. A full recovery by Easley might be a stretch http://www.rotoworld.com/recent/nfl/5843/marcus-easley
  19. I want the Bills to give it there best shot. If they lose we get a better draft pick and motivation for next season. Fitz , Chan , even Bowles are a class act who I respect. May the best team today win.
  20. Rex could spend several years trying to rebuild the defense to his type 3-4. Draft picks take time to develop. If it does not work especially against the hurry up offense, then the next coach rebuilds a 4-3 again. This is high risk starting over once again, it demoralizes the players and fans.
  21. Since Mario will not be here after this season , I would play his back up to get more experience.
  22. Eric Wood had a decent year being next to Glenn and Richie
  23. I agree Injuries were a major problem , and Henderson illness Penalties from loose coaching or confusion on substitutions I was hoping Rex would just fine tune the defense till he had his type of players There should be no excuse for getting defensive plays in late and last second substitutions EJ's headset not working in the Jags game still bugs me. It might have ruined his chance of being a ok back up
  24. Manziel is out for last game of season with a concussion . Wonder if hitting his head with the tablet did that. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14473015/cleveland-browns-rule-qb-johnny-manziel-start-austin-davis-qb
  25. A good argument for incentive contracts, just wishful thinking, I know Same for guaranteed contracts for players and coaches who don't live up to expectations.
