RG3 just had a kid and says it made him reassess his life. I think he will be a different player this time around. Very similar skill set to Tyrod. Plug and play as a backup. Brees will take a big pay cut to stay 2 more years in NO. He has kids he ain't moving. Peyton is done he should just walk away. Don't do the Brett Favre thing. It's funny that the guy on this list having arguably the best season is Fitz. We had him and we threw him away for an unproven rookie and often hurt veteran backup

He hired one Ryan with a losing record. Why not another one? At this point I'd take 80 something year old Buddy Ryan over either of his boys.

No leadership on this team. Rex's style has worked in the past because they had Ray Lewis or Bart Scott to reel the players in and hold them accountable. We have literally zero leaders on this team. I don't even care if we have players like Fred who are over the hill. The leadership they bring is invaluable. I want a Terrell Suggs or someone with an attitude to keep these guys in line

Just reporting what I heard. A lot of it goes back to that. Of course if we were winning it would have been easily forgotten. Pegula's want all of their own people in there. It will start with a football czar and he will clean house as they see fit. The good news is they are willing to do and spend whatever it takes to win a Super Bowl (not just try and sneak into the playoffs). Bad news is it might take blowing up this team and front office and starting from scratch which I don't like because I thought we were heading in the right direction but this season was a big step backwards

No changes on the defensive side. Dennis remains DC but they might tell Rex he has to call the plays from now on. Team will be retooled as a 3-4 which is absolutely horrible to see them dismantle a top 3 defense from a year ago. Bye bye Mario. Dennis is a good secondary coach but he's way over his head as a DC imo

Schwartz as head coach and we would be in the playoffs. A top 5 defense with this halfway decent offense would have been a 10 win team. No reason to blame anything on Roman. The only thing Rex has done has vouched for Tyrod and made a bunch of promises he couldn't live up to. They need to blow up the whole team starting with the scouts and front office. Too many losers that have had a position of power for lots of losing seasons

Bills are the only team I follow. I'm a "Yankees fan" but they play 400 miles away and I don't follow them day in and day out like the Bills. It's different when it's your city. But even a Sabres championship won't do it for me. Nobody cares about hockey. It's like the 10th most popular sport behind Nascar and men's tennis so not interested. It's the Bills or bust for me!

I would use my knowledge of the future to make $1.4 billion and buy the team. Then fire everyone

AW is a class clown. He's no leader. We have no leadership on this team and that's a huge part of the problem. We need some veteran guys that have won somewhere to show these young guys what it means to be a professional. Rex needs his Ray Lewis or this won't work

I don't know what "show me the baby" refers to but our goal better be to win the Super Bowl. Nobody gives 2 craps about making the wild card. Quick, name the wild card teams from last yr. Nobody remembers or cares. There's only 1 successful team every year and then there's 31 losers

Our problem is we are building teams to just make the wildcard playoffs. We are shooting for 9-10 wins and coming up short. Maybe we need to set our sights higher. If we don't have a team that can win the Super Bowl then you don't have a team

Does it matter? There hasn't been a team in 16 yrs that, even if they got in by the skin of their teeth, could have progressed much farther past the wild card round. Isn't the goal to win the Super Bowl? Who went to the wildcard last year? Who remembers or cares? If you don't win the super bowl then it's all meaningless. Time to reassess what we think a successful season is

Too bad we can't tank for Eichel this time. The only sure thing NFL players worth tanking for were Luck and before him Manning. Polian got it right twice (even though the 2nd tank cost him his job)
