it's about being able to run a pro style offense, reading defenses, making quick decisions, and getting the ball to the receivers. Tyrod proved he couldn't do that consistently. what those stats don't show is Tyrod hanging on to the ball for 5 seconds and then tucking and scrambling for absolutely no reason other than he can't read the defense and deliver the ball on time

Dennison had some rookies last year in Denver. We didn't see anything innovative there. If anything, they might have to simplify things a bit

news would have got out with Peterman taking first team reps in practice but I can see what you are saying. maybe say you are unsure who your starter would be if the news leaked out and keep them guessing

Tyrod can't run the offense, simple as that. Peterman can. He gets it out quick and to the receiver on time. He doesn't have a great arm but at least he runs the play as called. Tyrod is a superior athlete and does more than just throw but we need to get this offense back on track

I agree. I'm not sure why it is so taboo in football when in literally every other sport you can sub in someone else if they have the hot hand. I would even be ok with a 2 QB system. Tyrod has a unique skill set to run the ball and option but Peterman is a MUCH better passer. I'd start Peterman and bring in Tyrod every now and then to run the ball or even just the threat of him running the ball

Rosen will be the best of this bunch as long as he matures and stays out of his own way. his family is already wealthy so money isn't going to drive him. does he have the desire to be the best in the game? you need something to motivate you to be the first one in and last to leave. the talent is definitely there. most talented pocket passer i've seen in the past 5 yrs at least. he would do well to go to a team like NYG and sit and learn behind Eli for a season or two while he matures and learns now to be a pro

everyone else is so bad that this train wreck will go on for a while. but with KC and NE twice, if they lose Sunday then you can pretty much count them out unless they were to win every single other game and also get some help along the way. i'm not even confident they could beat the Colts who are starting NE's 3rd string QB
