Can you speak to the differences/similarities in culture between Europeans in the between the years 1883-1903 and Central and South America’s now? Can you speak to the differences between “poor” relative to wealth norms of the lower class of citizens in immigrants between the years 1883-1903 and today? Can you speak to the differences in government assistance paid for by the tax payer, and subsidized by the debt obligations of their children, between the years or 1883-1903 and today?
