    We will never win the Superbowl with McDermott as coach. He's a good coach, not a great one. Just not smart enough, folds in close games against great coaches.

    Lets not forgot how the Bucs beat the Chiefs in Superbowl. The Bucs front 4 dominated that game as well. We've already beaten the Chiefs, they're not even that good. The Ravens were a better team this year. I don't think Mcdermott gets us there, always said that and will believe it until it happens.

    There are genetics involved but Allen could absolutely get close to Brady’s level by studying more. That’s a fact. I don’t think Mahomes is better than Allen at the mental aspect, but he has Reid so it’s a cheat code. McDermott also struggles with this aspect, we’ve seen it time and time again in close games with questionable calls.

    The mental part of the game is more important than the physical. If you know the perfect play to call on every down, both on defense and offense you win the game.

    I can't believe he did it, by 20 votes! What a night for Allen. This means a lot to NFL players, he deserved this so much. So excited for next year!
