I'm hoping one will follow the other. Specifically, I'm thinking that increased strength will mean he won't have to strain to get the ball to go as far or fast as he needs, and instead will be able to throw more naturally, thus yielding increased precision. That's my hope anyway...

This. I still don't understand what the problem is with having a designated smoking area, provided it's somewhat out of the way and positioned in such a manner that it won't bother non-smokers. And for those of you who think this will somehow cut down on people who smoke in their seats, I;m betting it will have the exact opposite effect.

He didn't know that. He only knew that the Bills might not be doing their usual thing at SJF this year based upon some inside info his company had (lets just say they interact with the Bills a lot, in particular the camp at SJF). Everything else beyond them "possibly not doing it there" was speculation. My 2 cents is that it's too late to do it anywhere other than ODB if they indeed skip SJF this summer. Given that the facilities are already there, why not make a few practices open and sell some beer?

I heard the exact same thing from someone in the know, although they didn't specify the reason. Seems like there is a chance they might do camp at OBD. Considering that I live about 2 miles from the stadium, I'm rooting for that outcome.
