Try right-clicking, and select "save link as..." Keep track of where it went. Open up Explorer, go to that directory, and try double-clicking it....If you get a "select program to open with" they definitely don't have QuickTime (it is in QuickTime format). The quick answer on tickets is that you only need them for the night-time practices (which, I believe, are sold out). Morning/afternoon practices do not require tickets. Other questions answered in this thread.
