Why do you cite foreign nations policies? I could care less what Canada, South Africa does. I could care even less what the Universal Declaration piece of toilet paper states. No international law or organization should have power over our country. Whether you realize it or not, we have it right, at least if we were to let the US Constitution and the Bill Of Rights rule us. Now how these documents have been executed, thats another story.

When that was suggested last year to then-Speaker Pelosi, she incredulously asked, “Are you serious?” Liberals sneered at the notion that the Constitution imposes any limits on congressional power or that the old document is even relevant. On Dec. 13, Virginia federal district Judge Henry E. Hudson ruled the individual mandate not just unconstitutional but also dangerous because it, “would invite unbridled exercise of federal police powers.” Judge Vinson added to that reproof, ruling the mandate didn’t pass muster, wasn’t severable from the rest of Obamacare and that therefore the entire law is unconstitutional and “must be declared void.” “Never before has Congress required that everyone buy a product from a private company (essentially for life) just for being alive and residing in the United States,” Judge Vinson wrote. “If it has the power to compel an otherwise passive individual into a transaction … it is not hyperbolic to suggest that Congress could do almost anything it wanted.” He warned that the Obama administration’s logic could give government the right to interfere into “even personal decisions about whether to marry, whom to marry, or whether to have children.” As for Walker? He's doing what he's supposed to be doing. Protecting taxpayers from robber baron unions. Keeping (at least trying) the government leaner. By not overpaying for taxpayer funded labor.

I would like to know how many women who ask for abortions are raped. This is the first thing that southpaws go to when discussing abortion. The next thing they go to is the "religious kook" angle. For the record I don't believe in god but I do believe that there is right and wrong. Abortion would fall on the negative side. pBills, all you have to do is realize that it could have easily been you aborted if the conditions made it a convenience. When I think of this issue thats the perspective I take.

Heartbreak seems to be the way its meant to be. But, I feel disappointments like this will make eventual total victory even sweeter no? Congrats to the Canucks. They will crush whatever team emerges from the east. In a way, I hope that team is Boston. I just wish it was broadcast on NESN so I could hear the B announcers cry.

hmm..seems to me they are in the top 4. Being a devout Bills fan I do understand how resentment for other teams success can fester. Ive dealt with it and I try to be positive hoping someday the Bills can do the same. On the other hand, I do realize that releasing hate can be cathartic.

I don't really have much of a problem with this guy. I find it kind of entertaining actually. If people want to follow him and give him money voluntarily thats fine. It's a free choice. What people should be getting pissed off at is that they involuntarily surrender money to government every week right out of there paychecks every week. It rarely gets questioned. People just do because you know, its the government and you can trust them. Get upset about that instead of what nutty butty is sucking people into.

I don't remember watching "Deep Blue Sea" but I did see the two others. I agree they are bad. Definitely in the bottom 10%. At a certain point, a movie is so bad its good. Have you ever checked out some of the movies made for the Syfy channel? This movie is a little piece of Hollywood gold. Casting is spot on. Special effects alone would be worth paying for. I think this is it. Sandler+two or three SNL alums=$$$$ no matter what the movie is like

Joe, I thought I stood alone on "The Swan" If there was a thread started on the most overrated movie it would be #1. I think it was laughably pretentious at times. Ending made me smile as well. Just all around underwhelming story. You should watch "Let The Right One In" or even "Let Me In". Both very good

Most recent candidate for me would be "Grown Ups". With all the experienced comedic actors in this you would think that one of them would recognize a horrible script and alert the others. Maybe the paychecks were just to good.
