  1. I think banning guns is like giving weekly blood transfusions to a leukemia patient. Not curing the problem just trying to band aid it. All it will do is immediately create a black market for guns. Just another cash cow for criminals. Of course then most citizens will not have guns and only criminals and government will have them. That's great. How about we step up the research on mental illness. How to spot a potential problem. How about we research the effect of mood altering prescription drugs and how they may increase the chance of violence. But no. This is a perfect opportunity to take yet another freedom away. Whomever said that you don't let a crisis go to waste was right on the money here. The way this crap gets politicized almost immediately is kind of sickening. I read not to long ago that Great Britain had either the highest violent crime rate per capita in the world or near the top. They don't have guns http://www.infiniteunknown.net/2013/01/11/britain-the-most-violent-country-in-europe-violence-rate-is-4-36-times-worse-than-in-the-u-s/
  2. Snatch or No Country For Old Men. Can't make up my mind.
  3. I think we should start regulating hammers and clubs because they kill more than rifles. Honestly we should really regulate cars even more because they kill an obscene amount. Oh wait they already do. CAFE standards have killed thousands because we drive light weight pos.
  4. I agree with this. But how did they get there? Is it the trophy for everyone despite no accomplishment and your awesome kind of culture? I think who really should be looked at is the parents who raised this nutty buddy. That's where all this crap starts. I'm also curious what kind of meds this guy was on (If any) and what mind altering stuff they cause?
  5. Sorry you feel this way chef. Would never even consider going though. And I'm sure the Seahawk players will recover just nicely.
  6. Well I guess I'm a whiner then. In no way does it harm the Seahawks if he doesn't participate. Not like it's a practice or team meeting.I would say just give my spot to someone who will enjoy the trip. Leave me alone!
  7. Chef, you couldn't pay me to participate in a phony photo op with that guy. If someone bought my flight and paid my hotel plus my wage per hour I wouldn't do it. Team be damned. See you at training camp!
  8. I feel it's more like subjugation than oppression. But you might call it financial oppression.
  9. Sorry to be the one to break this to you but this country is not about freedom and individual liberty anymore. Ceased to be a constitutional republic a long time ago. Haven't you heard? It's all about the collective. You know, shared misery with no one better than anyone else. It's all about centralized authoritarian rule. Ask Barry about his pen and phone.
  10. I don't go to houses of people I don't like either. Good for you Marsh
  11. If you got the lead there were no more hurtles. I didn't want to see that whiny dad win. The kid is ok but he was bad. He was a little B word all race. And how many times have some team got screwed by a cabbie during the last leg? Reinforced the asian driving stereotype as well poor Brenchel. On the other hand the right guy won Survivor last night!
  12. If the new stadium is in Toronto. Sorry couldn't help myself.
  13. But in the mind of the leftist that doesn't matter because anything is better than some greedy capitalist making money off the back of the worker. #bringbacklenin
  14. Congratulations! You are now qualified to be president! Or at least his obnoxious overbearing wife.
  15. Followed by another phony hashtag pic from the wife.
  16. I wonder if everyone's favorite marxist will get his pen and paper, phone out for the Vets like he will for illegals?
  17. Obama is incompetent can't even defend his diplomats abroad. I don't think he really cares that much about foreign affairs He has a disdain for the military and is gutting is gutting it . He certainly doesn't give a **** about the soldiers as demonstrated by his indifference to the VA problem. The Navy's tag line is that they are "A global force for good"? Hardly threatening. Putin and the rest of the world bottom feeders realize all this and feel they can make moves the might not otherwise. I mean if you had a real leader that actually gave a crap about his own country. China also continues to flex. No respect for Barry at all.
  18. Very sorry. We have two 3 year old dogs and I can't imagine doing this although I suppose it's inevitable. I was listening to Mark Levin the other day and he was reading someone elses account of exactly what you are going through. I don't know who it was or even what context it was in because I missed the first minute or so. I was so embarrassed he had me in serious tears. I had to turn it off. Good luck to you.
  19. I believe the biggest change to this team will be either Woods or Williams having a big year because of all the attention Watkins will receive.
  20. Was probably really a bear.
  21. Pear Harbor has a gift shop. It's all kind of tasteless but it is a free country. Getting less so every day but still.
  22. I know Poland was first but I actually have respect for them and their military and fighting spirit and would never joke about them. Your right on though about Cleveland
  23. Kind of excited now. We have the potential of being a excellent passing team
  24. I didn't know he was that fast Were you thinking about that jump ball vs the Bengals with two guys on him? At about the 1.20 markScratch that. As I continue to watch there are lots of jump ball receptions
  25. in my mind, I always thought that the Germans considered France kind of a pre season game before the real war started. Make sure the equipment works well. Logistical stuff like fuel estimates, food and other supplies are deployed correctly that kind of thing. Much like any NFL team tries out schemes they like. Make sure players are good to go and so on.
