Hit on a bridge ? in NYC too. They didn't ship it in a foil bag. If you ever do mail yours back, wrap it in aluminum foil. I never had an issue with the G.Island bridges. Sister used to live there. I have had E-ZPass since like 2004 or so. Residents only pay $.09 per.
