  1. I gotta go Ngata simply because it is a glaring weakness and so many people have said that there are ample O Linemen later in the draft.
  2. I think there is great potential in this area for this idea. Think of all of the fans of both the Sabres and Leafs in this area. I would be there for sure (as long as there is beer!)
  3. Don't know if they would have considered Moon's time in the CFL. It is the Pro Football Hall of Fame, not the NFL Hall of Fame. Hopefully Thurman will be there next year!
  4. That's about the nicest thing somebody has said about Toronto on this board in a while!
  5. Didn't Green Bay used to play a couple of games somewhere else in the past? Just curious if there is a precedent for this. The one thing that I think would suck about this is the game atmosphere in Toronto. I am a Canadian and I really love coming down to Buffalo. I don't think that Toronto would have the same feel. Although the beer would be stronger...
  6. For some reason I think Moulds will be released and will sign with Philly. Just an opinion, but who knows!
  7. This is the best case for Jauron that I have heard yet.
  8. I wonder how much influence he has had in our past several drafts? He could have been the guy pushing to draft undersized receivers!
  9. The 81 points came against the Craptors. What do you expect?
  10. I don't know why you are taking this so personally. The point is when is this organization going to make a choice that most people with common sense can agree upon. Think for example A. Fixing the Offensive and Defensive line B. Picking a GM that is at his prime, not past it C. Getting the top head coaching candidate and paying any cost I respect you for coming to the defense of our favorite team. However my opinion on this matter is just as significant as yours. You are just venting your frustration in a different way.
  11. Are you sure? They might be in LA!
  12. So when do you draw the line? When is enough, enough? I don't want to be having this same conversation with my friends and people on this board again in three years? When Marv leaves as GM, will Dick still be retained as head coach? Is there enough "up side potential" in this selection or is this just another shot in the dark?
  13. What a bunch of Mularkey! Seriously, let's hire a coach whose name we can't make fun of! I really hope this is the right choice, but I have my doubts!
  14. They are not offered tickets as a courtesy. They are employees who have to pay for them With that in mind I would like to see them put to better use. Think about giving them to a charity of less fortunate children.
  15. A trade down to the middle of the first round is fine with me. Anything lower would start to hurt in my opinion (unless it is a sweet package in return).
  16. I like the stadium. I hate the traffic getting there and back. Need a highway right beside it!
  17. The idea of a domed stadium sucks! They want to do this so they can have the Super Bowl. How many times do they think that will happen? Nothing like a Bills game outside in December (or even better January!)
  18. Is he the Red Dragon?
  19. Negative response from me. Would it kill this team to get a winning coach? I also think Sherman is a good idea because of his GM experience. Marv can't last forever (can he? ) Get Jauron as you defenive co-ordinator and if the team wins under Sherman and Jauron does a good job then there can be promotions for everyone! Sherman as GM and Jauron as HC!
  20. Ok, I work with a guy who has told me that he worked on Marv's staff for the Bills special teams in the early 90's. I don't want to give names because I do not trust him because he has never showed me his AFC title ring(s). He keeps telling me they are in a safety deposit box. Anyways, he told me today that James Lofton was going to be the next head coach. This came right from Marv's mouth when he was talking to him on the phone. He told him this because he then said Marv would have a large role in selecting the coaching staff and he wanted to let him know that he is being considered (by the way, he is retireing in June. More old guys!). Don't shoot the messenger. Just wanted to put it out there.
  21. I like the idea of Sherman. He has the GM experience which might be a good idea to have!
  22. So who are you saying swings boths ways? Marv or Vic?
  23. Finally someone who is looking back and remembering Marv and his teams for what they were. Don't get me wrong, they were dam good teams. Bit I think a lot of people are remembering the good and forgetting the bad.
  24. Keep trading down as much as possible until we get a ton of middle to low level picks!
  25. Don't forget that David Carr said that was the best defence he ever played against way back in week one. That can only help Gray's chances. Wonder if he still feels the same after getting kicked around the entire season.
