Please sign Levitre
Best Player Available replied to Texas Hots's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Levitre matter is beginning to smell like the patented Ralph letting the player walk move. Because the guy needs or (should) be paid market value. How many have been free too walk over the decades? A couple are still in the league playing well. -
With a asset worth close to a Billion and a owner that may well be in the state of health you allude to. Unless there is a trusted family member close to the situation, one would have to believe it would be a number of people set up for decisions. A board of directors.Of which Jim Kelly, and Thurman Thomas would not be voting members. I mention that for the people that believe those guys are in any way shape or form skilled to make football decisions.Just too much money involved to allow a single employee that much power.

Sanchez to start this weekend vs. Bills
Best Player Available replied to Maybe Someday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd love to see ole Joe Willie suit up in the green, drink a 5th of bourbon and hand this gailey coached Bills team their Arse.I doubt Mario Williams even wears his jock for this crap fest on Sunday. Most of the Bills players will be filling out their 2012 exit interview paperwork on the sideline Sunday during the first quarter. Then Tuesday it's off to the islands, golf courses, Vegas (Merriman for sure), party hearty chumps. Half of this roster needs to be purged. Including some "big" names. Worst season in decades. -
Why would a 60 year old coach at his final NFL job retire, and leave big money on the table? When, if he's fired he still collects the checks, NO way does Chan turn away money for and from this pathetic organization.

Kelly to front office?

Football acumen? Jim Kelly wanted to draft tebow. How would that have worked? -
3 years sounds reasonable. There is not as much talent on this team as some claim. The coaching is a mess, and no viable QB. The drafting on defense has been horrible. The receiving corps can't even be called mediocre. They used to have a decent punter though. yea, 3 years and maybe with luck they could even win a playoff game.

In past years. Some of the blues cruises departing out of Florida (or Puerto Rico) have been epic. Of course one needs a vacation and rehab to recover from them.

A Realistic Offseason and Progress

Buddy personally scouted Glennon. I think if Hicks got him, he would be the perfect excuse to ride the pine while Fitz Shitz the bed again in 2013. How many games has the kid started? I don't think a whole lot. -

Rumor only!! Involves John Gruden
Best Player Available replied to marauderswr80's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Right now IMO the only teams that Gruden could help are the pats*, or someone like Atlanta. A team ready built. I saw his work in Oakland. Couldn't take them over the hump. Want just a couple playoff games? Gruden may, be the guy. If you would ever like to see a Lombardi in downtown Buffalo. Gruden isn't going to take you there. -
Pro Bowl announcements...
Best Player Available replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The snuffs aren't new. Really win games and the popularity contest called the pro bowl is a joke award and meaningless. Reuben Brown went to a couple extra than he needed to. It's a silly award, I'd rather win games, than complain about Bills who can't get in. Except when negotiating a new contract,no player actually wants to play in the game. The 2 year and running pro bowl snub is directly related to nix/gailley/wanny. Thank them. Three good reasons right there for no to the continuity talk from Brandon. -

Too bad he wouldn't sign with the bills. Mario would have never been needed. His performance against Myyami was pitiful and made Kelsay's past play look HOF worthy. Mario may play up to his talent but he needs a GOOD team, and motiviation. The Bills as currently constructed can provide either. He should be benched just based on last Sundays game. He quit. -
Steelers got a little taste of Buffalo

I think that may have been DiCastros FIRST pro game. He was injured in pre season. -

Plus you can buy your bait at the Bass Pro Shop! -
Not only that. But, it was in Fitz's accuracy sweet spot. 1-2 yards. Hey it could have worked if the D-back hadn't seen that play called 50 times this year on film.

The Steelers own a 6 pack of hard earned genuine Lombardi's they are in a different universe than the Bills. And always will. But, if some find joy in a rare year their not in the playoffs. Enjoy! Some Bills fans need to find solace any way they can since winning actual football games isn't one of them. -
I don't think Romo has even won a playoff game in his career? Eli, would have failed in Gailey's offense, in fact he probably would have never been active for a game.
