I'm sorry, the article that you posted does say that the deputy position is almost always filled from within, but NOWHERE in it does it say that Kash Patel 'promised' to fill it from within. He suggested that he might pick a specific person. I guess that you just read that into on your own, or you lied to make a point. Either way you were wrong.
