u are off ur rocker if u think fitz is good enough... i'm so sick of hearing about fitz... the guy is a good backup at best.. hes useless as a starter.. any "plays" he made, ANY real NFL qb can make.. he will make a great coach one day cuz he understands the game and knows where to throw the ball, the problem is , he doesnt have the talent to be a starter.. all those guys u mentioned can make real NFL throws if given the time.. the only reason fitz had ANY success early this yr is cuz of gailey's system.. its VERY qb friendly. but once teams figured out he cant hit a deep ball, they started pressing our WR off line and all our dink and dump stuff stopped working. DRAFT A F_ING QB IN 1ST ROUND

he has been very solid at RT. bell cant stay healthy, i think they draft a LT like another hairston, and let hairston start yr at LT and the kid we draft will take over hairstins role this yr.. Hairston has regressed a little last few weeks, but dont discredit no offseason and short training camp to get him ready. i think hairston has been a very solid 4th round pick and has potential to be alot better with a full offseason behind him.. for the tie 1st time in a LONG time our OL is not our biggest problem and i have no problem keeping line the way it is and bring in a vet that has ability to play 2-3 diff positions and hopefully Wood is healthy sooner than later cuz he looks like our best 1st round pick on the decade.

conner played next to POZ at penn st. was drafted not that far behind. we need Oline depth, possibly a starter.. 2 vets of D and FRIGGIN WR.. ill take any of the mid to big names, vincent or desean, meachem who can be a stud on a team that donest have 5 options to throw to, bowe etc.. any of those guys fits our needs , i dont care about off field problem. i would love desean and fix our draft mistake by taking hardy over him.. the kid is a legit playmaker and we already have size at WR.. the kid is the best downfield threat in league and even tho hes small, hes not like roscoe and is on IR for 3/4 of yr. and resign Freddy and Stevie

maybe we can get a pass rusher who will flash opposing LT's and he will be so shocked she will have free pass to QB! they have already done the toronto series to make $ as a promo thing..why not add a hot chick with some nice DD's.. LOL

tallenhill is useless.. had a good team and good WR and still couldnt win this yr.. WE NEED A WINNER.. someone that is used to winning, not someone talented that COULD work out... if we cant get barkley or RG3 u take jones.. u just have to have a top flight QB, and im far from sold on jones but hes played VERY good competition.. had to deal with a ton of injuries to key weapons all yr and still have a great yr. if oklahoma was healthy all yr they are best team in nation. chan is a QB guy.. he needs a mega talent and then tweak to the offense to work with guys skill set. then just draft D , D and more D and get a mid round OL we need 2 pass rushers one on DL 1 at OLB and go back to 4-3.. it seems so damn simple and dont understand how it is so evident and a front office cant fix it, we have had 3-4 yr leashes, chan and buddy better realize we are gonna now have back to back top 10 picks with their regime... record wise we are no better than under donahoe.. at least donahoe had balls to spend money and bring in players.. Buddy's time is now... better not be sleeping and watching every tape of the qb's out there and DIND a way to get one of those big boys in draft. only way we are a winning team with chan as head coach is to be a top 10 offense and solid D.. hes not the kind of coach that wants to win games -13-10.. he needs a QB that is the best talent on ur team

anything other than a qb is nuts.. a elite qb is hard to find and there are 3 ths yr.. its one of few times u can draft a qb at around 1o and get a stud.. if we dont get one now chan wont be around to see another chance.. Chan's offense is a QB friendly O and allows alot of 1st and 2nd reads.. a college QB thats used to flinging the ball and used to alot of screens who be a legit ROY candidate under chan.. chan has gotten garbage QB's to be average.. hes never had a top notch prospect to work with.. Fitz just has too many 3 and outs and misses the throw down field.. a playoff qb makes those throws regularly. D can be spent on rest of draft and maybe package pciks and get back in at late first and pick a stud pass rusher but we must get a 1st round QB. we need a WR in FA more than anything.. resigning Freddy and stevie.. stevie scares me a little but he is the typical diva WR and thats just a position if u want good WR's u need a swagger to them but we need to pair him up with another talanted WR on other side, guys like meachem, vincent and desean jackson will all be available.. spend the money, who cares if they are head cases.. most good WR are morons.. ur TEAM guys need to be on D and QB and RB.. and we have few legit players on D.. D is MUCH more fixable than #'s show.. change D to a real 4-3, no more hybrid crap.. DL, 2nd or 3 rd round pick at DE.. PASS RUSHER type., williams and darues at DT and kelsay would would be at least serviceable on other side of D. kelsay plays a good robin when we have a good rusher on other side like when we had schobel.. thats a solid d line.. LB's barnett to man the middle.. best FA we have brought in , in a while.. let shepp, merriman and other young guys battle it out and merriman will be gone. i can see shepp moving outside in a 43.. a high motor guy thats been average so far but has shown good flashes and hes an LSU guy.. we cant discredit guys than played on WINNING d's in college like him and dareus and throw our 2nd pick whther we trade back into first or use our early 2nd on OLB thats a TRUE pass rusher... good yr to get OLB at 2nd round... lots of "good" guys but no clear cut top 10 which fits our posistion in draft prefectly. Secondary.. start at safety, cuz its solved. Byrd is a good FS and wilson has been the nicest surprise and searcy has been above action being thrown in action with a team that has to cover all day cuz we have to pass rush.. corners: mcgee is done. florence is a serviceable 2nd at best, more suited for a 3rd corner.. williams should start next yr, and CB have best jump from rookie to 2nd with a full offseason.. williams also played at a bigtime school in Texas as was worth the 2nd round pick.. NO MORE bums or projects on D like troupe.. Draft guys that had to play at high level... he dont have a good enough talent like other teams that find diamonds in rough.. we botch these picks often.. to sum up. D can be solved by 1 maybe 2 vets FA at low to mid cost and SMART drafting... get a vet Oline and a guy like hairston again in 4th who can show promise. but again, draft a guy from a good school. no project.. and QBQBQBQB in 1st.. do whatever is needed to get barkley or RG3 they will be our QB for 15 yrs.. they are both as close to cant miss prospect QB that arent #1 overall guy.. and both would fit chans system perfect

we have plenty of size at WR. nelson is 6'5 chandler is 6'7 even stevie is a good size.. we need somone that can spread d. jeffery would be an upgraded nelson which is good but we need a VETERAN deep threat. a guy that forces D to be honest so our short stuff works more efficiently.. meachem, vincent jackson, even desean would be perfect, i dont care about his size.. hes the best deep threat in game and is a young steve smith.. completely nuts, but pure talent.. cuz of all his problems in philly dont think it would be overly expensive.. i have no problem paying him and stevie.. we have the cap room and in ur head coach is a offensive guy.. he needs the RIGHT weapons.. we have no guy that scares a D.. johnson would be more suited to be a 1B WR and sign another 1B.. id rather have that than a clear one and clear 2.. keeps D's guessing who's gonna get ball, not to mention freddy out of backfield, chandler showing he can move chains and a reliable slot guy in nelson... thats a pretty solid O with a talented top notch rookie QB. We can get D in 2nd and 3rd and find a guy like hairston in 4th and then just draft solid depth.. sign a solid veteran defensive leader agian like we did in barnett who was one of best signing in yrs. between him leading LB corp and dareus and williams leading D in a 4-3 as both DT, our front will look much better with a good draft and 1 or 2 good signings. will buddy have the balls.. i doubt.. as much as tom donahoe screwed up, at least he took chances to mkae team better. he created more buzz in the bledsoe trade than we have had since kelly. brought in guys like fletch, TKO etc.. PLEASE FIX OUR QB. i love fitz, but as a top notch BACKUP

its beyond neccesary to draft a top 10 QB.. our D looks horrible but its alot easier to fix that some might think.. i think based on our players alone with a real offeseason and getting healthy is not below a 20th ranked D.. top notch first round qb's have not been huge busts like some used to.. the percentage on them to succeding is better than ever with the way the game has evolved and noy to mention gailey really had done wonders with a guy as un talented as fitz.. u get fitz to mentor the kid, maybe even have fitz start season to ease the rookie in.. fitz is a classic gentleman, and would not take it personally like most diva like bledsoe and favre.. he would welcome the challenge. our D with 2 GOOD pass rushers, which are obtainable in 2nd round and 3rd round and maybe throw a vet in there 2. Dareus, williams, barnett, shepp, both our safeties and backup safeties are good. we could use another solid corner cuz mcgee just cant stay healthy and is as good as gone. we need a little depth and possibly 1 starting caliber Oline.. Rb is fine with freddy and spiller. DESPERATELY need a wing man for stevie.. id be happier than a pig in **** if FO has balls to pay desean jackson or vincent jackson.. with chandler at 6'7 and having much better hands than anyone thought, we actually have a real TE since Metz. nelson, roosevelt, parrish who i hope wont be back) possibly aiken witha yr under his belt or even haggan makes up a solid and diverse corp of guys to throw too. Rookie qb's can succeed with the right tools around him. WE have the tools on O just lack consistency.. just look at the pass by fitz to haggan.. hagan could have danced into endzone if that ball was 10 YARDS under thrown. if that ball was 10 yards deeper its a game changing TD. fitz is solid enough for now, but not gonna lead us to glory.. a first round QB isnt a financial risk like a few yrs ago.. if we can get in top 7-8 we should land barkley or rg3 and either of those guys would be our long term answer and probably short term option as well. Gailey's offense is so simple to run for a QB.. first and second reads, and get ball out quick.. u get a guy thats got a strong arm, the leadership skills and the accuracy , ur all set.. not to mention if u get griffin, u can run.. fitz scrambled alot yesterday, RG3 would have had 70 yards rushing in that was him running. WE need that QB, and id be aggressive in draft to get a stud on D.. a top flight pass rusher which can be had in 20's.. we have alot of picks this yr, why not package and 2nd and 4th and get back in first round. our second will be a good second, so value of pick isnt too big and teams that are drafting in 20's are playoff teams and most need more young talent and need to stock pile picks like pats do. this part i think im asking old man buddy cuz he doesnt have the balls to pull that off, but a solid WR in free agency.. oline depth and 1 starter on d thru free agency isnt too much to ask for and just re sign our big 2 in freddy and stevie.. this all fits teams cheap motto and getting a 1st round qb that can be cornerstone for franchise for yrs to come. last yr, there was no QB outside of newton worthy of our pick in 1st.. this yr there are 3-4 if u wanna include jones

i also think with package out extra 4th and our 2nd to get back in 1st round at 20ish and get a kid like upshaw.. we desperately need a pass rusher and qb this... i wish we had a wheeling and dealing FO to make a bold move in draft.. we have alot of key guys in place.. on O we resign Freddy, resign Stevie, have a few good young WR's, 2 studs on oline in levitre and wood who has health issues but was a pro bowl level C and pears has been solid and between bell and hairston with another yr under his belt i even think we are fine in all our starters on oline but we need depth there so bad. no position gets hurt as much as OLINE, u need depth there cuz then u have bums come in and 1 big negative play kills a full drive.

alot has been learned this.. our oline is not the biggest whole on team, we have a stud in freddy and i think spiller is showing he can be a solid player in he gets more touches and bills give him ball more next yr.. NEXT YR: pretty obviously, this season is done.. but we MUST resign freddy and stevie and get stevie another WR in FA, not draft.. we have alot of young WR's we need a guy thats been there and has it in him to be a true deep threat and a possible 1000 yr WR. between FA pick and stevie u have 2 VERY solid WR and with nelson in slot we have a solid receiving core.. with chan';s style of offense, we need the right QB to make plays consistently.. this is the yr WE MUST draft a QB in 1st round.. there r 3 QB's that as guys that would be #1 overall picks in they didnt come out in same yr. luck is out of question but barkley and RG3 and legit... these kids are playmakers, have the arm and pedigree to make all NFL throw and more importantly, they r cocky and are leaders.. a QB needs to lead.. fitz is a great football mind and is the PERFECT qb to groom a 1st round kid under. he would help him improve and read plays on the sideline.. we wouldnt pull a favre and intentionally not take rodgers under his wing for selfish reasons.. our offense is average this yr and with the success rookie QB are having this, ponder to a degree.. cam and dalton have been phenominal and locker looked like a stud out there yesterday. only major miss so far is gabbert. barkley and rg3 are easily above everyone outside of newton and i think RG3 is a better version of a newton. Chandler has shown he is good enough to play TE for us and we add 3 new oline for depth and maybe 1 a FA. Defence... we have a few key places in place but this D is beyond pathetic.. its embarassing to see teams going up and down field and us making every QB look like brees or rodgers just picking us apart at will. we need a new D-coordinator, go back to a 4-3 and our dline is 3/4 set. williams, darues are studs, kelsay is serviceable as a 4-3 DE , carrington johnson and rest of those bums to duke it out for depth and we must draft a 4-3 passrusher DE and a passrushing OLB.. DRAFT: crucial... 1st round QB.. we will be in top 10, we just need one of those 3 QB's to fall.. im not as crazy about landry jones but i believe chan's system is not a very complex offense.. alot of 1-2 reads and finding hot route.. fitz would mentor the kid to teach him how to read a D and would be like having another QB coach on the kid but we need a bigtime talent at QB.. im keeping my fingers crossed that barkley or RG3 will fall to us but jones would be suffiient. rest of D, DDDDDDDDDDDDD. fast , athletic playmakers from schools that play good D.. guys have been productive and have winner attitudes.. shepp looks like a keeper, barnett is very good and secondary would look alot better with a pass rush.. we def. could use another CB but may be spot for FA.. to sum up.. we need the right FA WR, depth at oline and draft a QB and strictly D and one oline in draft.. i think doing this which is realistic knowing our front offense, to make 2-3 moves in FA and rely on draft... only issue is we have buddy as our drafter.. i wish he had one of the younger, innovative minds that understand football is not the way it was back in buddy's days... guys like tebow are suceeding cuz they are able to be different and do special things. we need a legit 1st round pick qb and those are rare when ur not picking top 3 but this yr is so deep at QB , we can probably get a real stud and face of the franchise for next 15 yrs.. much easier to build a team when u have the most important player in ALL of sports, not just football.. a STUD QB

HMMMM maybe cuz they have first pick overall and are gonna get luck who will be their starting QB for NEXT 15 yrs.. they could have 2 #1 overall QB's start for basically 30's and not have a controversity every damn yr as to who is ur QB.. would i take Manning? id give 2 1st round and give spiller cuz they need a RB and we got jackson and if we pay the guy and pay stevie and sign 1 more vet WR we are a top 5 offense for next 4 yrs.. anyone who would say NO to Manning needs to get their head checked. this isnt drew bledsoe we're talking about. This is a top 5 QB EVER who gets ball out fast and this injury is something OL have had and come back from and OL get hit and mixed up in a pile. Qb;s take maybe 10 hits a game and Manning is the hardest worker out there. We would go 110% every practice, game and be the best mentor to a young offense u could ever have. This is a moot point cuz buddy would never have the balls to make this move

completely agree. plus our seconday will be much better with a pass and we have playmakers back there in a developing aaron williams, byrd, searcy, wilson, floyrence is decent.. we have a great pair in DT in williams and dareus and kelsay is fine 4 a 4-3 DE and get a pass rusher on other side and draft 2 OLB. barnett starts in middle and Shepp is athletic enough to move over to OLB and let him battle it out with our current young guys and let best one win. draft a passe rushing DE, a pass rusher OLB in 1st 2 round and resign stevie and get a solid running mate at WR that can stretch field. Metchem would be perfect and if they are open to really opening bank, V. jackson. draft strictly D and get mix in a QB to develop for a yr under fitz. fitz is solid enough but not gonna be a game changer that can win it all but would be perfect tutor to groom a QB under and if the young guy develops fast, fitz is too classy to not understand hes gotta turn the keys over the QB in waiting. We must address QB in top 3 rounds along with 2 pass rushers... so many qb's coming out there will be value out there in 2nd round if we cant get barkley RG3 or luck. 0% chance we land luck and barkley and RG3 will both be top 12 by the time the draft rolls around. the financial risk of a 1st round QB are not what they used to be and after seeing how well dalton and Cam have done so far, teams will be less afraid of QB's.. this is a copy cat league and i think RG3 may wind up top 5 by time of draft cuz of Cams success. i would die to get him but dont think he is realistic and other than those 3 no one else is worth it in 1st round for QB. Jones is not in same league as those guys can easily see him being a bust.. so many WR screens and hes just like bradford.. then he gets hit, hes not same QB and puts up monster numbers when he doesnt get hit but when he gets rushed, he turns ball over.

meachem would suit our offense perfect... if we cant 1 of the top 3 qb's, we sign a a deep threat who's a playmaker and have stevie move the chains.. i dont how stupid and not clutch stevie has been.. hes young, and has heart , hes just not the sharpest tool in the shed.. we have enough character players, u always need a wise ass to spice it up a little. then between stevie and a FA Wr ala meachem who wont be a huge money WR and pay stevie we have solid WR to go along with nelson in the slot, the FA to be legit deep threat and then we have guys like brad smith and a SP guy at WR and have a solid TE in Chandler who is starting to show hes not just a red zone threat, which is more than we ;ve had at that position in a damn long time.. OLINE has shown alot of progress and dont think thats not a top 3rd round must. we have pick 2 oline in like 4 and 6 and add 1 vet cuz our biggest issue is depth cuz oline is position that tends to get dinged up most.. Draft should strictly be DDDDDDDDDDDD. and a qb in top 3 rounds to sit a year and learn under fitz who is the ultimate team player. a top 3 round QB isnt as big a financial risk as it was in prior years and fitz is like a 2nd O co-ordinator.. and would be fine being a backup after another yr of starting. we need young, physical fast pass rushers.. our run D would look alot better in we had more leads.. its our pass D that is a pure joke cuz we cant get to passer. giants secondary was never the greatest, but if u have constant pressure on the QB, no matter how good he is, he can get rattled if his butt hits the ground alot.. even when we do get a rare sack outside of washington game of course, i dont think ive seen so many games, where the opposing QB's jersey doesnt get dirty. we could make tebow jone montana if u give him all day.. we need 1 solid defensive FA and draft pass a DE and 2 OLB in 1st 4 rounds along with a QB in no paticulor order. its always important to get best player available cuz the guy's gotta fit what u do.. as much as id love blackmon who probably wont be there by when we select.. our WR core is young, they need a guys thats played a few yrs and has played for a winner. not too old a vet cuz he need someone who can be a 5 yr guy for us, but meachem must be in mid 20's and would be beyond perfect to suit that role especially after winning a ring in NO. guys that have rings is crucial.. even though barnett didnt play most of last yr in GB winning it all.. the guy is a pure leader.. always fired up and seems to be my far and away the best "high end" FA signing we have had in a few yrs. We need a clay matthews type and these guys can be had mid first round. Just my opinion but i watch every game 5 times a week and have been doing so ever since DVR came out and knowing Ralphs spending habits and the kind of GM and coach we have, i have a feeling this may be very possible the route they may go. Chan would probably prefer to have a QB he hand picked to learn under "his guy" in fitz and get him a veteran WR to mentor stevie into being not just a talent, but complete WR. Go back to 4-3 and use our 2 best linemen at DT in williams and dareus. put kelsay back at DE where he is a good run defender and is his natural position and tends be a sufficient #2 DE and draft a guy with speed and can rush passer at other DE. let a few of our guys battle for other OLB spot and draft a top 2 round OLB who can also be a huge threat to rush passer. Our secondary is above average with wilson whos turning into a real safety and byrd who plays run well and has been a ballhawk in his career and between floyrence, mcelvin, williams mcgee ( who probably will be gone) duke it out and if we have a pass rush , these guys wont have to track WR all over the field. Sounds so simple and not overly expensive which we all know scrooge i mean ralphy boy is, i think it makes perfect sense. we have shown flashes as to being a good team, u add 3-4 peices to puzzle and we can see a vast improvement and be a legit playoff contender next yr

it's a PR NIGHTMARE to have both.. in the off -season it will be the talk on the country, how great peyton is tutoring luck and so on.. they will be all over sportscenter all offseaon and the buzz coming out of indy and tebow mania and what broncos do will be the 2 HUGE storyline entering season.. as we have seen this yr with eagles.. come attention.. comes scrutiny once season begins... everything will be dissected over and over all week between games whether good or bad.. when does peyton pass the torch... scenario 1: if manning is awesome, they will criticize colts for drafting luck saying manning has plenty left in tank and could have surrounded him with alot more if they traded that pick to a team willing to give up huge for luck at least 20 teams would probably do.. get "the best prospect since manning or possibly even elway.. Scenario 2: Colts lose opening week, all the talk will be "is peyton done?" 1 loss and the media goes MAD... god forbid they go 0-2 which is very possible cuz as we've seen this yr, colts are junk... as good as peyton was, there is no way he makes THIS team a playoff team.. they have been regressing yr to yr and manning just hides how bad they are.. thats a MAJOR injury he had, if they part ways with him if off-season, it can be justified and walk away with a hand shake and say its best for both parties and im sure manning is enough of a gentlemen to understand the business side of football cuz its not just a game anymore... its a multi BILLION dollar corporation.. a good chunk of these owners are forbes top 400 guys.. unlike any other sports, no owner loses money in NFL.. bills suck yr in yr out, but ralph is making BANK.. if manning were to struggle, things can get VERY ugly... all over every talk... when do they turn the page to luck... favre in Green Bay was a god... and didnt take the "Business" decision well and all we wanted was revenge.. peyton is too classy for that.. hes a media's dream cuz the guy never does the "wrong thing". where ever he goes he will be loved. and colts fans would give him a standing Ovation assuming he plays somewhere that has indy on the schedule.. the best "football move" is to keep both and let luck sit for a yr. but no one gets drafted 1st overall anymore and sits.. times have changed, rookies can play right away especially a kid as advanced as luck. how can colts EVER and i mean EVER bench manning. its just media SUICIDE and could take away from his legacy. Colts have to chose 1 and roll the dice. IMO, both will be just fine no matter where either end up cuz they are both insanely talented players that can make the players around them better. BOTH should be starting football games next yr. and either way colts are LUCKiest team in football. either get manning back or have andrew for the next 15 yrs.. thats like 30 yrs are elite level QB's with this past yr as the fastest rebuild since packers handed keys over to rodgers. i just pray manning goes to NFC if they do decide to part ways.. its a win win situation if they chose one and a potential disaster if they keep both cuz either way, if u trade peyton or trade #1 picks they be be getting a ton in return and they have good weapons on O and good pass rushers on D.. reason D is so bad is they are playing from behind every week.. this is a D that is built to play with lead and rush passer.they can add key pieces to puzzle between FA and a ton of draft picks if they trade 1. Just my opinion but i see the decision as easy.. see how manning progresses during off season and if they feel hes good for 4-5 yrs, keep him and trade #1 and give manning more toys to play with and they go back to contending next yr or if he has a yr or 2 left.. u say screw it, trade him and get a ton in return and be a 500 team next yr and a playoff team for next 15 yrs after that.

i'm in 2nd in my league and locked into playoffs but hoping to get 1st round bye by finishing top 2. i'm in a PPR league freddy has been a beast, him and brees have carried me especially since andre johnson was my 1st round relection. i'm VERY deep at WR but not at RB and have also had spiller all yr. Spiller time baby! i think he does very well from a fantasy point of view cuz he will catch 4-5 passes a game and will break a long run. He is such an unknown , he cant really be judged on his prior body of work cuz he has never been "the guy".. now if he loses a yard or 2 on a few lays , he wont have to get puled and can get in a groove. the one thing you cant teach is speed and the kid has that...
