How Much is Russ Brandon to Blame for Bills' Current Plight?
Boludo replied to patfitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Is that better? To say they would like to win but they are simply incapable of doing so? That's even worse it means there is ZERO hope. -
How Much is Russ Brandon to Blame for Bills' Current Plight?

You are being pedantic. They don't care ENOUGH about winning. They sold the biggest competitive advantage a team can get (home field) for cash. Sure, winning would be nice, but it's not the priority. MAKING MONEY is the priority. -
EJ's gloves no longer an issue because he's hurt
Boludo replied to The Big Cat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
tom brady throws with gloves on i'd say he does pretty well in cold weather games -
What are the four weakest starting players?
Boludo replied to bisonbrigade's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
TE LB G QB -
good logic promo if you don't want to sit in miserable weather for 3 hours at a time when most people are visiting with family and friends for the holidays - THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN it's a meaningless game in terms of the bills playoff implications - that is what the term meaningless means when used in regards to sports games like this. it's still entertainment and people want to watch it. there is a lot of stuff i'd like to watch on tv but would not want to spend time and money going to see in person.

Brandon helped put the people in place that make the personnel decisions, therefore it is his fault. He doesn't care about winning and is just doing exactly what Ralph would be doing anyways if he wasn't too old to function. -
bills lead the nfl in sacks and the man is worried about drafting a d-lineman

Why is Graham used more than Goodwin?
Boludo replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
TJ Graham was graded out as the literal WORST wide receiver in the ENTIRE NFL at the end of last season by one rating system - I believe it was Pro Football Focus. This year hasn't really been much better. -
Bills and top 15Teams in the Power rankings
Boludo replied to bisonbrigade's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yah man this season has been going GREAT! -
if you have directv and have multiple receivers you should check every tv in the house i have seen it before where one receiver somehow gets itself set in a different zip code

EJ was also banged up a lot in college the guy is just a very injury prone player. He is not likely to ever make it though a full 16 game NFL schedule without missing at least a little time here and there.

I can't believe people are advocating not taking a TE in rounds 1-4! I think you are too caught up on the title "Tight End" and not recognizing the changing NFL and the blurred lines between WR and TE. What if we just call them a big physical WR?

CJ Spiller is an Outstanding Football Player
Boludo replied to Rob's House's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Spiller is alright. But let me give you some names: Lesean McCoy Adrian Peterson Matt Forte Jamaal Charles These guys are the cream of the crop right now, and Spiller can not be included in the same discussion of the top backs in the league. These guys can do it all, whereas Spiller is a bit more limited in his scope. -
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/1865396/eric-ebron http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/1860917/jace-amaro You NEED a good receiving tight end in today's NFL. With the continuing trend of rule changes, it's more and more difficult for defenders to do anything against these big bodied receivers that create mismatches against both linebackers and defensive backs. Think of players like Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski, Tony Gonzalez, Antonio Gates, Jordan Cameron, Jason Witten - and to a lesser extent guys like Greg Olsen, Charles Clay, Martellus Bennett, Julius Thomas, and Heath Miller. These players all represent a big portion of their teams offenses, and impact the game planning of opponents. The Bills could especially benefit from a big time player at this position because of their glaring lack of a big physical target. Right now they can't even throw a fade on the goal line. Stevie Johnson can play at a high level, but he relies more on juking and quickness than size and strength. They need a different type of option. Woods is a nice midrange compliment to Johnson, with Goodwin threatening deep - but they need to bring that big bodied athletic target into the mix to really give the quarterback the tools a modern NFL passing attack needs. Chandler has played OK but he's not really a playmaker, he's more of a guy that fills a roll and you hope doesn't mess up. This is a HUGE area of need for this team. Add in a good interior lineman and a linebacker to play alongside Kiko, and resign Byrd and beyond these things the rest of the draft picks are luxury picks for the team. Let's get Ebron in the first round!

schopp and the bulldog are actually pretty good as far as small market sports radio goes -
8-8 is not a losing season that is why i worded it this way - consecutive losing seasons as opposed to winning season drought dumb ass bills cant even compile 8 wins in a season
-
this will make NINE straight losing season for the Bills - NINE!!! is this the longest active streak in the nfl?

Tom Donahoe- was he really that bad???!
Boludo replied to major's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
the teams that tom donahoe put out there were SO much better than anything the bills have rolled out SINCE bledsoe throwing tds to eric moulds and peerless price reuben brown blocking for travis henry and mcgahee pat williams and schobel on the dline fletcher in the middle nate williams and antoine winfield an amazing cb tandem there was a lot of talent on those teams -
the bill are dumber than dirt do you REALLY think they will use a 3rd round or higher pick on a QB?! PUH-LEEZE

Sully throws SJ13 under the bus
Boludo replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
no it does not irk me at all sullivan is not regarded as a serious nfl analyst or anything he's just a beat writer that likes to stir the pot you just take him with a grain of salt and realize it's his job to help sell newspapers -
backup QB is not a position of need for the bills we locked up our backup QB of the future with our first round draft pick we need to search for a starting QB now
-
ya spread of the course of 3 seasons just like it will be with EJ
-
Trade a 4th or 5th round pick for Matt Schaub
Boludo replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
MATT SCHAUB?!?!?! what in the hell are we coming to when they want to bring in a guy who this very same season had his JERSEY BURNED by his own fans -
Preliminary Top 10 excuses for 2014
Boludo replied to billsfan714's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
here's one: "This is actually basically EJ's rookie season. Last year he missed the preseason and bunch of the regular season with injury, so this is his first time getting a full go at things. You have to look at him like a rookie." -
he has no athleticism and he cant throw he can't make anyone miss in the open field he has no moves he's not a runner and not a pocket passer idk what good people think they see
