  1. who is struggling? You’re just an argumentative SOB who can’t accept anything other than your own position. If cops are making traffic stops for driving infractions they didn’t witness based upon anonymous 911 calls there is definitely a problem.
  2. so you’re saying cops respond to anonymous 911 calls to make traffic stops if they haven’t witnessed the behavior? I just don’t believe that happens with any sort of regularity.
  3. I don’t believe an anonymous 911 call qualifies as probable cause for a traffic stop. If you can show me it does, please provide that reference.
  4. I’ll go Shaw’s route and say I hope you’re the one in a million who is just naive to the reality of the situation and treat everyone wonderfully. If so, good for you. Sometimes ignorance is truly bliss.
  5. So maybe they can, but to do what? Tell him they heard that someone said he was driving poorly? In what world does that make any sense or is a good use of an officer’s time?
  6. Sometimes the smart thing to do is just shut up and listen. This isn’t about you, and you know what else? Racists cloak themself in Christ all the time.
  7. Ok, once and for all — clearly the cops did not witness Ed speeding, driving erratically, or changing lanes improperly, because if they did Ed would have been charged (ticketed) with speeding or reckless driving. Cops may not charge (ticket) a driver based upon hearsay. We clear?
  8. “I think you know” that traffic tickets are criminal charges.
  9. Stop being an ass; you know exactly what my point is. The post I quoted said the deputy WITNESSED erratic lane changes and trailed Ed at excessive speed, both of which are absolutely sufficient to bring charges.
  10. You’re not trying to mislead or distract, you’re doing what the “majority” have done for too long — you want everyone to look the other way and say “mistakes happen — most people are good.” That’s no longer good enough.
  11. I’m saying clearly no deputy witnessed this or “trailed” Ed at those speeds. If he did, then he’s a pretty ***** cop since there were no speeding or reckless driving charges.
  12. If this were true, Ed would have been charged (at a minimum) with speeding, and probably reckless driving. Which means it’s not true.
  13. How prevalent are the non-vocal racists? You really don’t get it, man. Most racists will swear to your face they aren’t racist, and they believe it.
  14. Is it standard protocol for cops to pull over drivers for suspected speeding based upon a 911 call when the officers themselves witness no probable cause?
  15. So you think it’s ok for cops to pull someone over when THE COPS HAVEN'T WITNESSED ANYTHING, just on the basis of a phone call about alleged speeding? When does that EVER happen to a white person? Tiny tiny tiny majority my ass. Edit: and I just now realized the hilarity of you calling it a tiny tiny tiny majority.
  16. Dude, NOT THE POINT. He was stopped because some busybody racist called the cops and said a black man was driving fast. THIS IS THE PROBLEM.
  17. Wow, amazing. A black guy wound up being stopped and arrested for no reason. Who’d have thunk it in this day and age?
  18. No, Shaw, you’re just a homer who doesn’t want to hear anything except Allen is awesome.
  19. You’re deaf. There are plenty of my posts stating quite clearly that there are no more excuses for Josh beginning this season. Get off that “you are just a homer” kick because I am just as analytical about the team as anyone.
  20. @DCOrange thank you for at least putting something factual behind your analysis. But historical trends don’t necessarily predict the future when we are dealing with different individuals in different situations. I analyze Josh Allen based upon what I’ve seen, not what other QBs who are nothing like him have done.
  21. Seriously? The first wave hasn’t ended yet because your beloved leader insists upon protecting these so-called “freedoms” of which you speak. There’s no hoax and no conspiracy. Just a dude in the Oval Office doing the shittiest job ever to lead and protect his citizens.
  22. Sorry, the only reason COVID has become a political issue is because the President has completely dropped the ball. The U.S. is a laughing stock to the rest of the world. The stock market hasn’t collapsed because everyone knows this will eventually resolve, but there is absolutely no doubt that the current President is the reason it will last longer than it needed to.
  23. Here’s where I continue to question your credibility. You consistently ignore the progress Allen made from Y1 to Y2 and continue to hang your hat on his college statistics as a reason why he won’t succeed. I’ve asked you numerous times to tell us, specifically, what about Allen’s progress thus far in the NFL, along with his obvious intangibles like leadership, tells you he has plateaued and will not continue to improve? You can’t answer that simple question because you can’t get yourself past your post-draft bust prediction. Riskiest top-10 QB draft pick ever? Come on, that’s laughable. I don’t know how Allen will perform this year but I can see an upward trajectory when it’s right in front of my face.
  24. I’ll have what @Victory Formation is having.
  25. You’re naive. Chad has/had talent, yes, and that’s why he got a scholarship to Clemson (which he subsequently effed up because he’s a moron). Then, yes, he had a decent career at Ole Miss but didn’t even get drafted until Jim’s buddy took him at the end of the 7th round. Then, after failing to impress in Denver, Jim’s other buddy signed him in Indy. This jackass of a kid is ONLY in the NFL because of Jim’s relationships. Period.
