  1. Knox with the ball after the catch is like a Sherman tank.
  2. There is no one better, perhaps Mahomes and Rogers are as good. But I don't think you can say anyone is better than Allen right now. There is literally nothing more he could have done today or lately. He is the man! And I would not want anyone else.
  3. I believe we could do a lot worse. Upgrade wherever you can, always. But take Worley, he was a third round pick and when he was out there I was reminded of what comes out of the south end of my dog.
  4. Diggs deserves all the credit in the world. Better than I hoped for, and I was hoping for a lot!
  5. And I stated it at the outset, but I just love that he posted his cell and chatted with all of us. Really picked me up at the worst of the pandemic here in NYC.
  6. Both looking pretty good now to this untrained fan's eyes. Phillips seemed stout in middle tonight. Eppy is always active, I like his instincts. Those two rounding into better form contributes to the rotation and seems a bit of an under-the-radar reason for D's resurgence.
  7. Absolutely. Down the line though . . . . Morse, Star -- some stuff will roll off. Hughes amend and extend. We can do this.
  8. Sign our own, that is the policy, right? I think we sign all three - Milano, Williams and Feliciano. Beane will find a way, we have not stressed our cap yet, deals have not been reworked.
  9. It is a Williams thread, but I respectfully disagree with this take. Milano is a rare talent in coverage and means a great deal on the field and to the team overall. No one has a better work ethic. He has a nose for the ball. He is a gamer. All he has done is make plays since he has been here. He has had a couple injuries, but none are chronic. Pay the man.
  10. Not popular with many, but I think he is very under-appreciated. Is he an athletic freak? No. Is he smart, in position and a team fit? Absolutely. The rise in the defense has coincided with the return of Wallace. Is he the sole cause? No. But it is not pure coincidence either. He has been a big upgrade since his return. Plus, how many DBs post their cell number and call back EVERY person that calls them?? We have to get behind Levi a little, IMHO.
  11. Let's hope paid by us. Williams & Milano, get 'er done Beane! Figure it out now that you got your new deal - be the warlock!
  12. Man, a few hot takes: 1. Run fits fixed, 2. Lots of pressure all the time now; 3. Less vanilla 4. Looks like last year's D. Take away the turnover-aided TD, we shut them down. 8 points. Wow. If D can match what O has been all year, we could have some fun! Oh, and: 5. Welcome back Matt Milano!!!!
  13. Knox is the man! C'mon man, we just beat the Steelers! Hello . . . !
  14. I think Wallace is a good, smart CB that draws some unfair heat. Tre's talent means our CB2 is constantly targeted. I think Wallace fits our team and scheme, even though he is no Tre White. I would take Jackson second and Norman third and then only in an emergency.
  15. Best of luck Hausch$$ - one of the bright spots in the early days of the McDermott rebuild. Great early signing.
  16. I think Levi is a quality corner. In my view, we are definitely better with him out there than Norman. Dane Jackson could give him a push, but Levi is smart and an asset.
  17. I don't think we are in cap trouble really. There are ample restructuring opportunities for a down cap year. I think Beane has this in hand. We will keep Hughes, Brown, Milano, none of those players need to be going anyplace next year.
  18. I agree with the poster on page 1; that out pattern to Diggs is ridiculous arm strength, and a "throw him open" read from 35 yards out, and kinda off the back foot. An absolute laser, no one can make that throw except maybe Mahomes in my mind. Rogers and Stafford - maybe at their peak. He threw it so hard, the camera lost track of it. It had a speed and trajectory that NFL camera men did not anticipate. And what a tough son of a gun, and what a teammate. Just wow. Maybe the topper for me in that game, as bad as our offense was in the third quarter, and despite all the momentum for the Cardinals, I believed it likely Josh would bring them back in the fourth. Have not had that feeling since Kelly, who could stink as bad as you can imagine in the first half and come out throwing daggers in the second.
  19. We already lack backers, and Milano is a huge difference maker for our D. I think team and Matt like each other as well, and the bet here is both sides will bend a bit and meet in the middle of the bid and the ask. I think it would be absolutely insane to let Milano walk.
  20. He takes a stab at Cassell because he thinks Matt looks like Woody from Toy Story. 🤣 He does, no? Not defending Haley, just saying - not a terrible look.
  21. You see, it was memorable - albeit tough. A dome game probably not so much, especially Buffalo vs. Cleveland. Even sounds like a freezing match of the incompetents 🥵 Nothing feels better than getting home or into a warm bar after a freezing home game at the Ralph. Especially if you have dry feet!
  22. You still got it bro, I am knocking on that 60 door myself😏 Have not steeped through it yet, but I am hanging on to my 50's by a thread! *stepped
  23. Probably in the deep minority here, but I like freezing at the Ralph.
