    His new contract pays him as the 18th highest paid qb in the league. Seems relatively fair, especially when considering how little the rookies are paid. My guess is we'll be having these conversations for another 2 years at least.

    Fair enough - but Sammy tried to do the same thing and was criticized. Then people ripped him apart again when he went on IR. McCoy says "im good to go" in Miami, and we lose. He misses NE and people say he's soft. Do we want them to play injured? Or get healthy?

That's the number that hits the cap should we trade or cut him. Notice how its higher than his salary for next year, and its his full salary in 2018? Thats why we basically can't cut him or trade him.

    Seattle scored 6 against arizona, and 12 against miami. They definitely aren't the juggernaut they once were. I'd say Buffalo has the better chance.
