Our Defense sucks. I hate watching week in and week out get out coached. I did like that play call the only time we really blitzed on the opening drive when Byrd was right there, the only thing was Bush made an unbelievable catch that he wont make every time. We need more of that. God bills.

Like a couple of weeks ago, if we beat the Jets we would have pretty much taken care of their playoff hopes. Two weeks later and two losses for the Jets, I bet the jets are so glad they get to face the Bills next week. I for one would really like to shut the Jets up!! I can't stand Rex Ryan or Mark Sanchez along with the whole Jets attitude and cockiness. It is good to be cocky and there is a way to be cocky and show respect to the other team while doing it. So my point is if we can beat the Dolphins tomorrow, we can shut them up about there playoff run and then beat the Jets next week we could take out two division foes in two weeks and leave it up to us and N.E. But first we have to show up tomorrow and get out of our slump. I still billeve

You forgot to mention the fact that Barnett has two INT's as well, but I agree we should have kept Poz he is younger and would have gotten more years out of him. I didn't like Maybin but it is obvious now, we were asking two much from the kid. Playing OLB come on. We should have used him like the Packers use Mathews, just rush the QB every time, don't worry about defending anyone. Look at Maybin this year for the Jets, alls he does is rush the QB and he is getting pretty good at putting pressure on him.

It's funny you say that because as I watched the Bills the other day I said to myself "I wish we had someone like Talley on Defense to fire up the troops." I totally agree brother.

What mold is that? One that is slow can't catch the ball in his hands and not intimidating at all. I say get TO now. Nix always says he is always trying to improve the team and I am sorry but Owens is better then all our recievers except for Johnson and maybe Nelson. But Nelson is in a different league because most of the routes he runs are meant for a TE. I think Johnson, Owens, Nelson (slot) along with Chandler is pretty damn good.

I dont know what team your watching but how do you think we beat the Raiders and the Patriots. By making adjustments at half time and on the fly....

I agree we should run more, but teams also know when Freddie is in the backfield he is running or getting thrown to on the screen. We need to mix up personnel and confuse teams not just hand the ball off every time Freddie lines up in the back. Earlier in the season I remember Spiller have an ok day against the Raiders 4 carries for 63 yards because he was getting outside. I Love FJ but I think we need to mix it up a little more with Spiller on those runs to the outside and use his speed.

I second all the bolded statements in the paragraph, the only think I don't agree with is Carrington inside. We should play the 4-3 more we are still better equiped for it. Our front four should be Carrington, Dareus, Troup, and Kelsey when he returns. (you can even put Heard in for Troup, I would just like to see Troup for the rest of the year so when we cut him next year I will know he sucks).

i agree fire him, put the stash in charge. We need a change on D. Edwards defense consists of playing 8 yards off the reciever, and tackling him after he ran a clean route and making the yardage needed for the play. And his blitz consists on sending three down linemen maybe on LB against their 5 OL. never going to work.

I totally agree, but how do you know the play wasn't designed to go short and fitz looked up and saw one on one coverage and went for it. I agree the down and distance was a stupid spot to go for it but Gaily isn't the one throwing the ball now is he. So you can't blame Gaily's play calling there, blame Fitz for trying to make something out of nothing. He is a gun slinger and that is what we got so we have to live with the good and the bad of that.

I am an angry Bills fan. Yeah I am still a fan, strut my Bills stuff on Sunday and throughout the week. I am truely proud to be a Bills fan and from Buffalo. I live in Corpus Christi now, because the Navy brought me down here and can't wait to retire and live in Buffalo once again. With that said, this team makes me angry. Our roster is filled with a bunch of players who seem to not care about winning, don't care how they play, and are all in for themselves. I mean how long have we loaned for a left tackle, D. Bell shows promise every year and every year he gets hurt, but I be he still cashes in the healthy pay check every week. Woods (love the way he plays), Williams (same). Grow some nads and play hurt guys. Our O-line was so good when they all played but you can't count on D. Bell for nothing. Williams hurt was better the Troup or Heard, play hurt and get your injury looked at after the season, Shawn was a risk but a good risk, maybe we will get something out of him next year. Stevie Johnson where are you, your suppose to be the number one reciever get open. A number 1 reciever is suppose to get open more often then not, the bottom line is your not a number 1 reciever your a solid number 2 reciever. Know your role. We have more holes then anyone in the league. Here is my way to fix it. 1. Fire Edwards and promote the Stash. Edwards is in way over his head. I love Gaily, he needs to get ride of Edwards. 2. Have another productive draft. No luxuray picks, we have picks of need. LT, WR, DB, and OLB. We should draft the LT first best available, a reciever maybe in two years, then draft all defensive players from the SEC conference either LSU or ALA for starters. I don't care about the stats or physical gifts, those guys know how to play football. That was one of the many mistakes Nix made on his first draft attempt here in Buffalo. It seemed like they were all luxuary picks. We should have gotten the LT first and instead of drafting Troup we should have gotten Cody from ALA. His second draft is paying more dividens then his first (Dareus ALA DT, Sheppard LSU LB, even Williams will be good I believe TEX DB). I expect more out of the upcoming draft now that they have a grasp on the team. 3. Sign TO. If they are serious about winning now and doing what is best for the team, Sign TO today. Yes he is old, but he is better then 99% of our recievers now. Nobody is scared of our recievers "nobody!". Our guys are physical, not tough, don't fight for the balls, don't hit after then catch. We need TO's attitude if anything. 4. Someone needs to step up and led our Defense. Someone needs to get fired up on the sidelines, get in some faces and light something under their butts. Edwards wont do it so we need a player Barnette can you hear me take charge and get in some faces. I want to see the same thing from Fitz, if a receiver runs the wrong route or his head is not in the game get in his face wake him up. Our guys just look beat before the opening kick off. It's sad. I am more fired up in my living room then those guys seem to. 5. DB's this is for you, hit guys at the line especially on the 3rd and 6's, 3rd and 8's, 3rd and 2's. The cowboys killed us today on those because we just let their guys run their routes untouched and they were completing third downs like crazy on us today early in the game where one of those stops could have been huge for our team. 6. I think chan is out coaching himself. Trying to do to much with to little. Use our bread and butter on offense. Short quick slants, screens, use the TE over the middle more. The first game was great our TE had like 6 catches now he only catches the ball or is even thown the ball in the red zone. Use him more on third down, Chandler is a big target and has good hands as shown today on one of his 2 catches for an 18 yard gain. Hand it off to FJ more often in the beginning instead of throwing the ball so much. I hate the pass happy stuff we need a good mix. FJ is the heart and soul of our Offense. 7. It looks now like this team is out of it, but we are still in it. We need to improve and have a good game this week against Miami. Each player on the team needs to look in the mirror and find that player that was here in the beginning of the season. 8. Hopefully some of these guys will man up this week, escepcially Bell or Hariston we need our LT back becasue Levitre probably needs to play center next week. SJ if you want the big contract you need to play like it from here on out. Right now I wouldn't care if you let someone else over pay you and we start from scratch at WR again. If there is any game that is a must win game it is this one against Miami. If we want to make the season fun again and give us something to look forward to the next week is a must win.

it just got worse...the cowboys are going to get the ball because they are at home. the play was ruled dead down on contact. Nobody fights for the ball or they give up cause the play was over..so in my opinion it should be bills ball.

So we lost this one. Our defense is non exsistent today. DB's hit the WR on the line to disrupt there routes. So can we win next week in Miami, the way we are playing now i am guessing not. Getting out coached by Garrett you got to be kidding me. Every time i see Romo I want to bunch him in the mouth.

I second that motion, Football is fun again in Buffalo. I hope they make the playoffs this year, but I have to say I wont be too disappointed if they don't. At this point in the season who would have thunk we would be where we are at. To me it is just building blocks for something big to come in a year or two. It is just fun to watch this team grow. In Gaily and Nix I trust.

I agree Heard, Carrinton, and Johnson need to feed off Dareus. I would also like to see the DB's hit guys at the line to disrupt the timing. I think that this would help out our pass rush because a lot of times we are just missing. A bump at the line might just give us that little bit of time we need to have an effective pass rush.
